I recently had the pleasure of visiting Just Scoops Ice Cream, and I am compelled to share my extraordinary experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I was in for a treat. The shop was very clean as soon I walked in and smelt amazing. This place is truly a hidden gem, deserving every bit of its five-star rating.

First and foremost, the variety of flavors is nothing short of astonishing. Just Scoops offers an array of both classic and innovative flavors. They even had a dairy free selection. My favorite is the double fudge brownie in a waffle cone that is chocolate dipped with chocolate sprinkles.

The quality of the ice cream is amazing. You can immediately tell that Just Scoops uses only the finest ingredients.

I brought my 3 kids in for ice cream and each one of them immediately picked out something they wanted. They picked out birthday cake, Cookie Monster and orange creamsicle. They loved the ice cream and loved the color changing spoons.

The customer service at Just Scoops is equally impressive. The staff is genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about their products. They are more than willing to let you sample multiple flavors before making your decision, and their recommendations are spot on. I appreciated their patience as I deliberated over which of the many tempting options to choose.

Just Scoops Ice Cream is an absolute delight and a must-visit for any ice cream lover. Just Scoops is a phenomenal addition to the Ice Cream scene in Spring Hill. I heard this was going to be a day one opening, so I went into this with excitement, as I love ice cream, and love trying new places.

I walked in and could instantly tell the employees were enjoying themselves and had a good atmosphere between themselves and the customers. Open to giving samples so you know what you want! Always a plus! The shop is nice and tidy, a hidden gem tucked away.

Now for the food, as you can tell from the picture, I had to get the "Ice Cream Nachos", as it sounded awesome. I was not disappointed. Home-Made Chocolate Waffle Cone Chips, Freshly Made Ice Cream, Hot Fudge as a dipping sauce, whipped cream mimicking a sour cream dip. Such a fun concept and it came together so well! Absolutely 10/10 can't wait to have it again.

Flavor-wise, their Butter Pecan is one of the best I've had. Rich, nutty flavors, you can definitely tell it's fresh. The other flavors I tried are definitely up there as well. The Black Raspberry Crisp was so soft and fresh, it was an absolute delight to try. Ditto to the Almond Joy flavor, so similar to an actual Almond Joy, I was surprised.

The fiance had a Cookie Monster Ice Cream Milkshake with Hot Fudge and Whip Cream. Based on her reaction of telling me "You don't have a choice, we are going back", I think it's safe to assume it was a delicious choice. She did say the only thing she wanted to add to it was possibly Kit Kat pieces, and it would be perfect.

Overall I highly, highly, recommend you take the time to visit this little shop, I can tell you right now it's worth your while.

Just scoops in Spring Hill is such a fun local spot! They serve Amish ice cream, hot dogs and recently added soft pretzels, caramel apples and dirty sodas. The ice cream is incredible - super creamy with tons of flavors and topping to choose from.

While they have classics like chili dogs and Chicago dogs, what really sets them apart are their rotating specialty dogs! On our visit, the lineup included the Crispy Dill, Garlic Parm Crunch, Smokehouse Bacon BBQ and Bacon Jalapeño. We couldn’t resist and tried all four - absolutely delicious! The Crispy Dill with fried pickle chips is a dream for pickle lovers, and the Bacon Jalapeño (topped with cream cheese!) was like a jalapeño popper on a hot dog 🤤! Each specialty dog was unique and flavorful, and now I can’t wait to see what they come up with next.
