worst experience I've ever had with a shop. had my car for 4 months for a job that was quoted to take 5 days. they had every excuse as to why my car wasn't getting done then after I get it towed back home cause I'm done with the games I find they left parts of the car not put back together and that they never completed any of the work they had claimed was done months prior to be sure my motor was good before they put a new transmission in it which they were about to do finally but thankfully they didn't cause my coolant tank was still full of oil leading me to believe the motor might be blown but was told they flushed my motor multiple times and replaced parts an ran test thrugh the coolant an were positive my motor was good an they were not getting any more oil in the coolant but as soon as I took possession of my car an looked my coolant reservoir had no coolant an was almost full of oil. the last excuse was my key wasn't talking to my car anymore an that I needed a new key for them to complete the work. told them I had had that problem before an that we were able to go thrugh pro tools an re set the key they said they did everything they could an could not get the key to work. 20 min after having the car home we with the correct key. had it started with pro tools the same way as before. this shop is a joke, out of all the months my car was there I was told multiple times they would call me an give me an update. never happend. I either had to stop in or call multiple times to get an answer as to why my car still wasn't done. all the way down to when I took the car back they gave the tow driver another customers key an had to drive my key back over an collect the other customers key from me. would highly recommend taking your money else where have delt with alot of shops over the years an have never seen as much bs as I did here blows my mind he still...

Tired of having to go to expensive dealerships to get your car repaired? Me too! That's why I was delighted to Google and find Bill's European Autoworks, Inc. in Brooksville, and man, am I glad I discovered this place. Called for an appointment, they took me the next day, no waiting a week to get in for repairs, wrote the service order up, took the car right into the garage, sat me down in their air conditioned customer waiting room, put the flat screen TV remote in my hand, handed me a chilled bottle of water out of the cooler and within 30 minutes, my car was waiting out in front of the place, ready to go. Now comes the part I've come to dread owning a Mercedes; the bill. Charged me a half hour labor and parts and I was out of there for a fraction of what I would have paid at a Mercedes dealership. These guys are Mercedes experts, they've gone through the factory training, they know their cars, they know their customer service, and they're a pleasure to work with. Bill's European Autoworks...my new "Go-To" Mercedes shop in Florida for all my future repairs and...

car took 2 days for a oil change and radiator hose charged me $350.00 for a coolant hose that he couldn't show me proof of the new or old one and a oil change and was still leaking coolant right when i got home 5 minutes away..when i got there to pick up the car he said i had a blown or cracked head gasket when i pulled up to get my car he was near flooring it for several minutes and says see that smoke tells me that i shouldn't drive it 20 minutes away... the air when its on makes a very loud noise now from under the hood did not make any noise before. i call him and he said he cant do anything today that tomorrow if i wanted to drop it off he would look at it but its going to keep leaking i didn't even bother and just went and bought a bottle of radiator leak it fixed that problem has been 4000 miles daily driving and the air still makes a loud embarrassing noise thanks... i feel like parts were changed out with old ones with problems and now its causing me a...
