Fix or Flip Smartphone Tablet iPad Mac Computer Repair — Local services in Spring Hill

I went to Fix or Flip and was blown away by the customer service! I had gone there to purchase another phone after hearing so many good things about them. I was greeted at the door and told they'd be right with me. When it was my turn, I explained that I wanted to switch from an android to an IPhone. I didn't know much about them at all and was nervous about switching. Eddie showed me a few he had and told me to sit down and try them out and see what I thought. He even told me not to buy one that day if I wasn't sure. Well I didn't buy one that day and he said he knew just the right one for me and to come back in a few days when he had it. I came back he showed it to me and I played with it for over a half hour. Jeremy then came out and was also assisting me. They were both fantastic. I chose the phone and Jeremy set me up. He transferred everything over to my new phone and then took the time to show me everything about the new phone. I was also told to come back anytime with questions. The price was extremely affordable and I am so happy with my new phone. I am in my late 50's and not very savvy when it comes to electronics. These 2 gentlemen were so patient and willing to help. I noticed that they treated everyone that came in the door the same. If I could give more stars I would. Hands...

As a business owner in Spring Hill, I have a Surface Book which had a battery issue that resulted in a bulging the keyboard of the computer. No one would work on the machine as it was a expanded battery issue, until I found Eddie at Fix or Flip. He looked at the machine and determined that he would be able to fix and replace the battery, no problem. I was a bit skeptical as first time using his services and the machine cost over $3500 originally. A few days later he called me and it was ready for pick up. OUTSTANDING JOB!! I mean flawless and could not tell in any way the machine was even opened. His attention to detail, expert knowledge, fair pricing and friendly way of doing business makes me want to use him for every electronic device I have if an issue arises. The machine has been running daily now for several months and absolutely no issues, new battery works great. ...

I brought my iPad 8 here for a broken screen. Eddie fixed the screen with no issues and then when the tablet began shutting off randomly, he took the time to fix it and make it right and assured me he would make sure it was to no fault of him. Eddie went out of his way to get it fixed again and took care of my tablet even though it he did not have to. He spent extra time and effort on my tablet and took care of me.

I hope this review can be of assistance to anyone reading this. This is a great local business and everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Don’t go to a big box store, take it here and let them make it right. They will get it taken care of and if they can’t, they will steer you in the right direction with honest information.
