I was out of town on a road trip to visit a friend. I wanted a good steak. My friend told me that Winn-Dixie was around the corner . I'm so glad I stopped. All the Winn-Dixie's around me have either closed or are turning into an Aldi. When I walked in, I must have looked lost. The manager Lisa asked me if I needed help. I recently just had surgery. It's hard for me to walk around pushing a cart. She was very helpful. I was telling her how clean everything looked. She smiled and said, "Too bad you didn't come tomorrow because we're having the floors done tonight." I laughed. We'll, it has made a difference having her there . That's store was really organized and clean. Making it very easy to shop. I needed some help navigating the store quickly. All the employees were helpful. You can tell how good the management is by the employees. Lisa is a real asset to that store. That was the first time I could say I had a great shopping experience. Next time I pass through Spring Hill, I will definitely stop and shop at that store.. I've been shopping Winn-Dixie for 40 years. I told Lisa how upset I was that Winn-Dixie's were closing. Lisa explained to me that not all of the Winn-Dixie are...

The store management at Winn Dixie is less to be desired at least at store 711 (2240 Commercial way Spring Hill 34606 Fl)
Prejudice: you can clearly see that there is an issue with this at this particular store, against people of color and male workers. Issues have been brought up multiple times in the past to HR and still nothing has been done about it.
New red head produce girl isn't good, she also doesn't know anything about the fruits and vegetables. Produce is constantly dirty and empty and when you watch you can tell that they are not rotating their product.
I watched the red head put out a different basket of stuff and she didn't even wipe it down. I lifted it up and took a picture of it.
Deli never has any food out at 11am. But otherwise the Deli manager Stacy is a very amazing worker, and you can see that she is trying as hard as she can with no help.
Employees seem sad about working there, Store manager also makes fun of the girl bagger, saying that she doesn't know what she's doing and that she is an air head.
You can also hear her talking bad about her employees to other managers on the...
Read moreWhat a fantastic store! This store management should be so proud of their employees. As a handicapped senior it is difficult to even get from parking lot to front door for me. Christian was the person in charge of carts and made sure he bought a newly charged electruc cart to my car. The deli person Matthew spent time helping me select low sodium choices due to a severe heart condition. He knew his products and listened to me as I told him my restrictions. He was so patient and felt more like a family member. This store is the cleanest store I have ever been in! As I was looking at items an employee stocking shelves (Alex), came over and asked if I could use any help reaching items or perhaps finding any specific items WITHOUT ME ASKING! Not the norm at most places these days for sure. I ran into the manager (Job), and was very thrilled to say thank you and let him know of my experience. I have a new WinnDixie as of today eventhough it is not on my home area. Super...
