HORRIBLE EMPLOYES !!! I WILL NEVER SHOP IN THAT PARTICULAR STORE AGAIN! I brought something to returns and stood in line where sign directs you . The clerk at register looked right at me and did not say a word to me . As I waited, she took 2 customers that were in line for purchases. While the 2nd customer was checking out, she told the clerk she wanted some earring in the jewelry case. The clerk stopped checking her out, took her to jewelry, and helped her pick out earrings. They then returned to the checkout . While they were at jewelry, 4 more people got in line for check out . When she finished checking women out with the earrings, she finally turned to me and asked if I was returning something. I said yes, and she then told me I had to get at the end of the checkout lane !! She didn't care about anyone else she was slow and showed no respect for anyone . I left the store without returning items . I did spend close to $100 about 20 minutes prior to returning that item . During the time I was waiting in the return line, another clerk went behind the counter . I thought she was coming to help me, but she didn't say a word to me she retrieved something out of her personal property and walked back into the store. Another clerk was angry at my mom and I because we were looking at items on the rack, and she had items she needed to put back. Instead of asking us to move or say excuse me, she stared at us, gave us a dirty look, sighed, and rolled her eyes . Miserable experience!!! Young girls and unhappy girls ! DON'T GO THERE ! Read moreWould give 0 stars if it was possible. I bought 4 activewear items & didn’t know the cashier/manager put them in 2 separate bags. I hadn’t even left the counter or finished putting my card away before she started ringing up & paying total attention to the other customer after me. I got 5 mins away & realized I only had 2 items in my bag. So I went back to the store explaining I thought it was all in 1 bag & it’s possible the other customers behind me took my bag by mistake or on purpose 🤷🏼♀️ regardless I didn’t get my 2nd bag. The I assume Manager came up to help me & she was totally nice at first offering to check the cameras to see if the other ladies took my bag. Which they did, the manager then tells me I will refund it this time but Next Time… And proceed to tell me its my responsibility to take all my bags. Umm EXCUSE ME?? If you were paying attention instead of trying to force people through the line so fast & maybe told me YOU HAVE 2 BAGS that would have been the proper customer service. The manager (straggley long blonde hair, 35-40yrs old) didn't want to give refund based on mismarked, description on receipt. The item purchased was slightly different from what they had in computer (not customer issue). She became rude and very short with me on having to check other similar items to what I had purchased to confirm that I was returning was the correct item per receipt (again not customer issue, actually her job requirement) Seems to me customer service is not a priority and definitely something a manager should be qualified for. I guess she either doesn't value her job or she doesn't value a Ross customer which is what I'm certain she is paid to do. Note: they were not busy at the time I was there, plus she appeared much happier on the phone as I waited at the counter (for her to hang up) so that I could make my return. I love Ross as they have good prices on everything and often find the diamond in the ruff. That day I found it ruff and no diamonds. Here's to hoping they (Corporate) tightens up on...
