This was the WORST experience we've ever had at a place to eat before. 1stly, they (this girl and the boy she was working with dark hair) were both miserable and CLEARLY upset that we even came in to order anything. We came in with 6 kids and 2 adults. Was just the two of us adults ordering, kids were at tables. EVERYTHING we ordered was like it was the BIGGEST burden in their life, so that was annoying in itself. 2ndly they forgot the cups for our drinks, the foot long cookie, the two separate cookies, had a sissy attitude when we asked about them. Everything they asked if there was anything else they asked with annoyance in their voice, showed they were definitely upset about having more things to do... sorry/not sorry you had to work and do that you're paid to do. We were never once rude UNTIL my friend who is LEGALLY blind mistakingly asked a gentleman passing by if there was high chairs, he politely said I'm sorry ma'am I'm not sure and he turned to the employee and said can you help her meanwhile the BOY behind the counter started hysterically laughing at her saying "he doesn't work here", she proceeds to tell him she can't see well, and he STILL continued to laugh as did the GIRL. I chimed in and said "she can't see properly, she's LEGALLY blind but you're still laughing like an a*e", and still while laughing he says " sorry I didn't know" we got over it sat down ate our meal only to leave and upon loading into our vehicle hear the GIRL pictured here in this photo start slamming the tables and chairs we were sitting at all over the floors and up against the GLASS windows of the place, tossing the mop down etc. So yes, that naturally upset us more to be treated so poorly, they already know she had a vision issue when she called me up to the register to help her pay because she couldn't see it right and she told the GIRL, "I'm sorry, I'm blind as a bat and can't see right, I need her to help me". 🤬 DISRESPECTFUL KIDS like this shouldn't be working at a "family friendly" establishment, nor should they be working with the public period. Oh and we cleaned up the tables and everything for the the only thing we didn't get was the chip crumbs on the floor. Heaven for bid they had to clean or work for the job they get paid to do. 🤔🤷♀️ Almost forgot, we asked multiple times about a high chair, they said nothing, until the other gentleman was mistakingly asked. Then the BOY said there was one and pointed to where it was, which it was DISGUSTING, probably hasn't been cleaned in ages, was sticky and dirty to all heck. 🤢🤮 I'll be placing a call to the manager first thing in the morning , but figured I should warn ALL with DISABILITIES or CHILDREN to NEVER EVER IN A MILLION YEARS GO INSIDE TO EAT. My friend felt so upset, embarrassed, shocked and so extremely belittled by these rude children behind the counter....
Read moreWe ordered 4 sandwiches through DoorDash. Every sandwich was missing major ingredients, like the cheese on all of them. Mine was pathetic: a smear of tuna, not toasted, no cheese, spinach leaves, olives, pepper, oil, or vinegar, a sprinkle of lettuce, a tomato on each end, a squirt of honey mustard at one end and mayo on the other. Subway is known for a stuffed, huge sandwich. Mine was flat, like a picky child's sandwich who had asked for only two ingredients.
I almost cried and gave it to my granddaughter. Then I found out no one had gotten a correct order and tried to call the store. SIX phone calls over 10 minutes and NO ONE would answer the phone at 7:20pm.
So my husband and I took the food back to the store (after we had tried to save ourselves an outing by having it delivered). We talked to a black haired employee with cross tattoos on his neck (no name tag visible) who muttered, "Well, its hard when I am here by myself." We showed him what was missing from each sandwich and he swiped them off the counter into the trash as I was protesting that they could just be fixed.
He preceded to make us 4 new sandwiches in silence. My husband stood at the counter to supervise this time. When they were finished, he did not hand them over with an apology. He walked past my husband to place them on the Online Order shelving and went back to his previous order without looking at us again.
I was appalled that working alone somehow kept this man from being able to make a sandwich with a list of ingredients in front of him. Even more appalled that he couldn't speak politely or make an attempt at customer service. "Keep the first sandwiches. OR Have a drink while you wait. OR Would you like some free chips or cookies since you had to drive over here just to get your cheese, etc?" ANYTHING but grousy silence and then outright rudeness.
I would love to have had a manager to talk to or even someone answer the phone. If this is read by someone who wants to keep owning a Subway, please free up this employee's future to work somewhere else. He is ruining...
Read morePaulina, was making the Spicy Italian for me, It was obvious she didn't wanted to be there. No eye contact, no smile, talking too fast and very quietly. I asked Paulina if the long line, makes her nervous? She said " I don't care"!!!. She did the same with my companion as well, the way that I had to explain what Paulina is saying!!!. When it came to pay, Paulina did not tell me the amount!!. I gave her my credit card, No eye contact. She charged me and said if it is to go or not. I told her have a nice day at work. She did not redpond!!. I have to say they were 6 people standing on the line and there was another person was working with paulina as well today, helping her. I have been manager over 30 years in Computer company and 10 years manager in restaurant. Food was good, but the service was poor. I do not know who was the manager, today. Paulina does need to be retrain again by her manager. My laday friend went to bathroom, no toilet tissues!!. Poor management as well. We sat down and had our meal. 25 guests!! At least showed up. Not bad of a business. No once checked the bathroom. This place has a good potential, only need a good manager and good trained employees. We will give it another try again. And will see what happen and then we make up our mind to go again or recommend to our...
