Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

My kids did yard work and made their own money. On the way home they wanted to buy pizza and get a red box movie . We stopped at 1470 Pinehurst dr, Spring Hill, Florida 34606 store # 01730-00006 They each paid for their own pizza . One bought 2 cheese pizzas, one bought 1 extra mostest, and the other also bought a extra mostest we got 3 regular pepperoni pizzas and 1 extra mostest . When I took them all back into the store and the two that were working were very rude . Only would give my money back for 3 of the 4 pizzas I wanted to return them all even the ONE that they did get right because I was going to go to another Little Ceasars on the other end of town. Even though they both were managers they would not give me their names for when I call the 1-800- 722-3727 . I did make it to the other Little Ceasars and I told the cashier what had happened and she said that we were not the first ones tonight that said they were there because of the same Little Ceasars that we came from was rude to them also. We paid the lady and sat down to wait on the pizzas and the other couple waiting for their pizza said "we live closer to the one on Pine hurst but we drive to this one because the Pine hurst one is dirty and they are always rude...." When I walked into the store there were no hot-n-ready pizza's already made. I ordered my pizza and went to the car to wait. When I came back in, she was talking with a friend/customer and went to make another pizza. While making the pizza she did bot wash her hands, nor did she put glooves on while adding the cheese and pepperoni, while doing this she touched her touchscreen watch and continued to place the pepperoni on the pizza, she then placed the pizza on the pan to bake and wiped her dirty, no gloved hands on her shirt. She clearly cross contaminated and was in violation of health safety codes for proper handling of food. I was disappointed and disgusted at the thought of her not having glooves on while handeling and preparing the food. I did not catch her name but she was a short Caucasian with short black hair in 2 high pigtail buns with tattoos on her arms. I would suggest training her on health and safety of food preparation and handling and teach her the importance of wearing glooves. Came in at 9:56pm the girl at the counter came out was very rude and said "we are closed!" (Their store hours say they are open until 10pm figured they would likely have one or two hot and ready pizzas) As I was leaving she said loudly to the other person working "why don't you try coming in earlier!" Incredibly unprofessional. Can't imagine the owner of a business wants employees closing before posted hours or insulting customers. Also wonder how many other customers they turned away because they didn’t want to work???
