Mattress Firm Spring Hill — Hotel in Spring Hill

Bought a returned mattress from Spring Hill mattress firm we are seniors recovering from a 4ft flood here in Fl had no flood insurance, we were looking for a better price mattress willing to buy a return for 300 and was told by Mattress Firm employee in Spring Hill fl store (law requires it be steamed cleaned and no stains) when it came I did not know the mattress had a zipped mattress cover on it it’s on the bottom of mattress and saw the zipper with in 48 hrs of receiving it I unzipped and took off cover to discover a stained mattress with lots of hair.Called the manager Phil within 48 hrs and told him mattress ordered was suppose to be medium soft but was hard as a rock we had not slept on it was to hard but we could deal with that by using a memory foam we just wanted a store credit so we could get a new mattress or a refund due to the hair and stains, he would not give a refund or store credit in my opinion he seemed very combative and rude have text, he was not very good in my opinion at helping us have text to prove it. Added pictures one pic is hair which was all over mattress if look close can see a light yellow out line circle ⭕️ Stain.

Pictures taken by mattress firm when delivered were of the zip cover on the mattress (I thought cover was part of mattress until I found zipper on bottom around top sides on bottom under a lip seam of mattress) as explained to store manager that hid stains and hair all over mattress. Also if you call mattress firm customer service for help because the store you bought it at won’t help you, they ask for zip code to help you then they route your call to the store you bought it at so you can talk to the manager that would...

Danny provided us with such great customer service and was very patient with my little one as we tried out beds. Just a bit of background, I'm about 7 months pregnant and suffering from sciatica. Danny showed us some of the beds that offer elevations for legs and head as well as vibration/massage. After laying down on one of the beds with the vibration, within 10 minutes, my sciatica was gone! I was completely sold on the mattress and the comfort that it provided being 7 months pregnant. He was also very informative and knowledgeable about the science behind some of the beds, such as the back needed to be straight, your arms should not go numb if you are a side sleeper, etc. I immediately fell in love with the hybrid and the delivery was quick and simple. I have been using my bed DAILY (not just at night but in the day time when I come home for lunch) to elevate my legs and give my back a massage. Thank you Danny for all of your help! The most deceptive sales practice I have ever experienced. I went in just before July 4th to look at a mattress that I saw online. I made it perfectly clear I am a side sleeper, and the mattress I was looking at was recommended for side sleepers and within my price range. The salesman said there were a lot of deals because of the July 4th holiday and showed me a “better” mattress on sale that would suit my needs for only $50.00 more.

A couple of days later, the mattress was left at my door. Imagine my shock upon seeing “Previously Owned” written all over the plastic covering. At NO time was it ever mentioned during the sale that I was purchasing a used mattress. I have no idea if it was in someone else’s home for three days or three years. However, upon sleeping on it for the past few weeks, I think I have my answer. The mattress actually sags on the entire length of one side. It’s like sleeping on a slope.
