Hibbett — Local services in Spring Hill

I will NEVER shop here again!!! I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers for my boy's, the employee checked to make sure they were both in stock, he said they were and we should have them in a few day's. Well, the Adidas came a week later but we were still waiting on my 9 year olds Kyries!! When I called Hibbett's she told me that they were not being shipped because the sale was canceled and I had to go to the store for my refund!!! First of all, when was I going to be notified of the cancellation AND why were they in stock then all of a sudden out of stock? I went to the store and the guy that sold us the shoes was conveniently not employed there anymore!!! I have shopped here multiple times and they have zero customer service. They ask what you need and point to it... I said we were there to buy shoes and they pointed to them from the counter. 5+mins passed and I finally yelled from the back of the store “can we try on some shoes please!” She brought us one pair handed them to my son and walked back up to the cash register... then of course when we are ready to check out there’s no one to be found... honestly if we didn’t have a gift card I would not buy anything from here. The Columbia store did not have what I was looking for. I called the Springhill store and Kadein, I think that was his name. Informed me this location had them. We Drove to the store and the young guys were very helpful. One went to get the size we requested while the other young man stood there and discuss the types of cleats and their similarities. VERY HELPFUL!!!! In the process we measured my sons foot and found out we needed a bigger size. Thanks to these young men we got what we needed and are NOW baseball ready! Great location Great...
