I give this place a 0 rating. I give, Adam the general manager, a 0 rating for customer service. I was just in the location the order said it would take 7 minutes I'm 5 minutes away when I arrived my order was not ready they told me they were waiting on fries 4 minutes later my order was ready. the cheeseburger was cold. Burger had been sitting there probably since lunch it was not made to order it was not made to order it was cold the cheese looked like it was yesterday's the toppings that ordered were not what I ordered but I didn't know any of this until I got home and that's when I discovered nothing was what I ordered except the French fries the French fries were hot the French fries were what I ordered when I call Called back Adam he told me he was busy and could not go back-and-forth back-and-forth he did not have time for that ...again, when I arrived there were 3 people waiting for orders that they called in and there was one couple in the restaurant who actually was eating there that were not busy. Zero. Zero score. Don't waste your money at this spring hill location. One of the cooks put is hands in his pants then without changing gloves kept preparing food. The day manager finally came over to help the poor cashier guy with his gloves on then without changing them began preparing food as well. We decided to est somewhere we would have a safer chance of nit getting sick from food poisoning. Do better. Love 5 guys but this location is terrible. They changed their fries, the burger was wrapped in foil which appeared to create so much moisture that when I got home to unwrap and eat it the top bun was wet and it all fell apart. The guy at the counter taking orders was acting strange and no customer service at all from anyone there. The chocolate shake was good. But the overall experience was just too much too bad and add the high price on top of that! No way! The prices reflect good organic food but I didn't see that anywhere.
