Smoothie King — Restaurant in Florida

I called ahead for an order of two large smoothies - I arrived with my daughter to pick them up and was told we had to go through the drive through - I am Injured on crutches working light duty in an office and have limited. Time for lunch break .I picked my child up from school and planned on my daughter running in and picking up the order -WHAT IS THE SENSE OF ORDERING AHEAD IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT IN THE DRIVE THRU BEHIND EVERYONE ELSE WHO HSNT PLACED AN ORDER ? I called to see if they had already made the order as I was going to cancel it and was told that it’s ready but I had to wait in the line- there were at least 5 vehicles ahead of me that I could see so now I’m late getting back to work !!!. DONT TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE IF YOU ARENT LETTING PEOPLE IN TO PICK THE ORDER UP !!!!!! I have been waiting for a Smoothie King to open in this county for years and now we have one! Smoothie King does great at supplementing weight loss. Years ago I lost about 75 pounds and was drinking Smoothie King smoothies as a meal replacement.

I will say this new location needs to learn to fill the cups. If I pay for a large smoothie, I don't want a 1 inch gap at the top. I didn't complain at the store or take a star off the rating because it is the first day and they are likely just still figuring things out. We got three smoothies though and they all taste great.

Although the drive thru wasn't fast, it was as expected considering they make all the drinks as they are ordered. The customer service was good. The guy at the drive thru window was nice and courteous. 10/10 would go again.

It would be fantastic if they started making smoothie bowls. We really need a smoothie bowl and fresh food or poke restaurant in...

Today, I went with 6 other people so I knew it was going to be a wait. Anyways I ordered a hive five bowl second and after everyone else received their stuff and I was still waiting. It was about 20 mins in I went up to let them know what I was still waiting on they proceeded to laugh in my face and said it will be ready in a few minutes. I didn’t receive my stuff until 10 mins after that so I waited 30 mins for a bowl?? that I took one bite of and didn’t like. I went back inside for a refund and the manager Brooke gave me an attitude about it and said she wasn’t able to give me a refund and how she was going to take my number down and the store owner would reach out to me later, who never ended up contacting me.
