After spending over 15 unsuccessful hours on the phone with T-Mobile’s technical support trying to activate our two phones from a conversion of Verizon to T-Mobile, we decided to go into a T-Mobile store to hopefully resolve our issues. WOW! Did we pick a GREAT store to go into!!! Xavier and Einar resolved ALL of our issues QUICKLY and in an extremely professional manner. My husband and I are both in our 70’s and are not technical at all when it comes to our phones. They remained so patient and kind with us, and NEVER made us feel like we were taking up too much of their time. If only the sales rep from T-Mobile had recommended going into this store to begin with, instead of trying to convert everything over the phone, it would had saved us over 15 hours of frustration! Our two phones and iPad are now working flawlessly because of the these two knowledgeable Associate Managers, Xavier and Einar! So you could only imagine the questions I can come up with. It is an Apple iPhone that I have upgraded to. I know that I can take classes from the Apple store but it is not always convenient. So I have been getting lots of help from this store. Everyone has been very helpful and if by chance they did not know the answer. I have always been directed to someone or someplace that I could receive what I needed. Each time I have come to this store, busy or not I have been greeted. Read moreCalled TMobile, they wanted to go online route, the warranty claim sat open and not handled for a week. Called and talked to someone at customer service, they were helpful and setup a warranty exchange they said it would take 2 days, after 2 weeks I got a text telling me to pick this up at the Spring Hill store. When I came to pick it up this store in Spring Hill refused to honor the warranty exchange. I told them that TMobile customer service sent me to pick up the phone and they said that TMobile isn’t in charge of them, that their manager is the one who said not to honor it. Leo was the rep in the store. Extremely unhelpful. His only option to help me with this was for me to buy my wife a new phone.
