Mattress King — Hotel in Spring Hill

No masks and no sell. Sorry but totally inconsiderate in public place. Sales lady no mask within 2 feet of wife, lady behind desk sent her to wait on us. Never offered to put on mask. Williamson Co, not following guidelines. I debated about posting but read the other reviews and comments. Most were reviews regarding mask and failure to use or maybe offer. I insisted on getting out but unfortunately wife was still being shown by maskless sales lady. I would have never posted but out of curiosity read the previous review. Two of the reviews or bad reviews were mask related. I decided to do mine as well and let you know the total disregard and ignorance of the ladies we encountered were beyond accidental or from lack of knowing due to previous reviews. They didn't care or cared about customers that came in store. I went to Mattress Firm and not one person was in store. Salesman Eric put his mask on before we entered. I told him you will get my business today. 7000 tempur pedic king later and another sell on bedding and second bed. Just a bad experience and from reading the other posts just a total disregard of safety or concern for the public. Looks like a pretty bad policy that is costing business. Went and visited the store in Spring Hill after going to all the others in Spring Hill Shannon was so awesome!!! Didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want, she listen to what we were looking for,suggested to us what would be the best fit for just. no pressure from her, looked around answered all questions (very knowledgeable) Went and looked at the sleep number (STICKER SOCK) Plus all other stores were 2-3 week delivery time. Didn’t get that welcome feeling from other stores. Shannon was so pleasant from the time we walked in and let her know we was shopping around. Again no pressure from her. On our way back from shopping around deciding that doing business with mattress king & Shannon felt right.plus mattress king beat very ones else’s price from $3000-$6000 so yes I have to say they are reasonably priced. Can’t go wrong there the only con I have is the bed isn’t as cool to touch like the one in the store even though it’s the same bed. Not sure if it’s because we have a protector on it then a sheet? I went in to the location in Spring Hill today and was appalled that the woman working was not wearing a mask. I asked her and she said she didn't believe in it. There are ZERO cleaning protocalls there either. I went to Mattress Firm and spent $5k they had their policies clear on the door about how they clean and that masks were required! Word travels fast and I plan to get it out about Mattress King in Spring Hill!
