Twice Daily — Local services in Spring Hill

I am posting this on behalf of my grandmother, who had a terrible experience at this store. I was not there to witness this, and I kinda wish I was so I would have images and videos of the incidents.

So, my grandmother was refilling her tank, but the handle had malfunctioned, spraying gasoline all over the place, including on my grandma. So, she went inside and asked the manager for assistance. He told her to use the paper towels in the restroom (which there are none; an electric hand dryer is in place instead). After explaining that to the manager, he started getting irritated with my grandmother. She then threatened to grab a roll of paper towels off the store shelf, enraging the manager further.

When she left, my grandma inserted a note in the card reader, warning future customers of the aforementioned "risks." Please be careful at this...

Stopping by thisTwice Daily on 11/22 at 12:08 a.m to purchase a alcoholic beverage after work as I have many time before and was told by the cashier she couldn’t sale it to me 😳 first I thought maybe she was to young (but that was not it) of course I asked why? She said that the Mayor of Columbia had passed a law not to sale beer after 11:00p.m 😳 now I try to keep up with news and I haven’t heard of such!!! I was here about a week ago and the Manager was really rude in her tone. I assumed that all Twice Daily's gas was Shell gas. She argued with me until I finally just let her have the last word as what entitled whites feel they have the upper advantage over blacks. I wasn't able to use my rewards because they're not a Shell. Why be a Twice Daily if you're not apart of the Shell family?? Makes no sense to me.. The gas there is overly expensive..more than Shell up the road. Will not stop here again....
