Best piercer I have ever gone to! He is very professional, sanitary, and relaxing. I came here two years ago for my nose piercing, I wanted a hoop but he told me he would not be comfortable piercing me with a hoop due to known problems with the healing process, so I got a stud. He was fast about it, did not even really hurt. Seemed very knowledgeable, had no issues! He gave us a little care guide on how to clean it also which was really cool since it was my first face piercing and I did not really know what to do. 4 months later I came in to get my piercing replaced with a hoop, he said he wouldn't charge but of course we gave him a tip because of how great his customer service is. Other piercing places do not really follow regulations but he is definitely on top of it!

I came back yesterday to get my eyebrow pierced and ear lobes re-pierced. Same thing, was very professional and friendly. I have major anxiety and he calmed me down. The eyebrow piercing did not hurt, and like last time he went over everything such as cleaning twice a day, switching out pillowcases once a week and not to touch the piercings. and I got a free misting solution for cleaning the piercings! I went to get an industrial piercing and when I went in, Paul knew immediately that that type of piercing would not work for my ear-shape. I had a suspicion that would be the case, but when he looked he confirmed it. It didn't stop him from measuring and re-measuring to see if he could make it work for me.

He explained the reasons it wouldn't work and apologized but I was determined to get a piercing and if it wasn't an industrial that was fine. I asked for a helix piercing and Paul was happy to oblige. The piercing itself was quick and barely hurt. Literally 2 minutes later it didn't hurt at all and after 3 days, I still haven't had any pain. I've gotten this type of piercing before and it was very sore, but this time it just feels as though there was no trauma to the piercing site.

On top of a great piercing, Paul was a joy to work with. he was friendly, fun, and candid. He was a warm and understanding person and at the same time, very professional. The location was clean and Paul made sure the entire process was completely clean and safe.
