Hi-Tech Systems — Local services in Spring Hill

They installed an antenna for my TVs. My house was prewired by the builder, but High Tech couldn't get the TVs to get a signal. I had the builders electrician come out and he tested everything and no problem. High Tech came back and followed the electrician's directions and it worked. I had to pay the electrician $120 for the service call since his wiring was fine. High Tech's owner refused to reimburse me even though it was his installers' incompetence. I still don't receive any of the 4 major networks. After 3 weeks of leaving messages, the owner finally called me and set a day and time that fit his schedule to come back out. It's now 2 hours past the time he told me and he's not here and he's not answering his office or his cell phone!!! I paid over $1100 to put up an antenna and hookup 3 TVs!!! Too much money and to...
