Extremely disappointed. Upon being seated a few moments later the waitress Ashley took our drink orders and asked if we would like to order an appetizer. My wife ordered water, my son water, I ordered a sweet tea and my wife ordered lobster bisque. The waitress brought out our drinks and provided me with the wrong beverage, roughly 10 minutes later another person brought out the lobster bisque all while our waitress has not stopped by yet after delivering the partially correct drink order. At the 22 minute mark she finally comes to take out order and I can finally address the drink issue since she has not walked near our table until this point. I tell her I would like to order the endless shrimp and begin to tell her the three shrimp styles I would like and am informed they are all out of popcorn shrimp. I ask if that includes the same for the kids popcorn shrimp and she tells me yes. I let her know we would like the check. She proceeds to roll her eyes and huff as she walks away. She brings the check back a couple minutes later with the bisque and incorrect drink charged and finally the biscuits. I would as a server, waiter, waitress if I have a giant sign outside hanging that said endless shrimps is back and I was aware of this promotion and knew we did not have items on it I would let customers know this up front and not at the 20 minutes after they arrived and waisted there time. Will not recommend this establishment and would have preferred to provide 0 stars. This will fall on deaf ears and nothing will done. The restaurant was not full and was seated right away so no reason for the wait let alone 20 minutes to get the bread that should have came with her at the time of the drink order or when they were brought...
Read moreOur experience was terrible. We waited to be seated on a Thursday evening. No crowd. Our server was very nice, but clearly stressed. She took our drink orders (2 teas and a mountain dew)and we waited. She came back around 10 minutes later with biscuits and to take our order.She was surprised that " the helpers" had not brought our drinks. She went to find out why. A few moments later another staff member brought 2 of our drinks. 1 tea and 1 mountain dew. The waiting continues for another 15 minutes before they brought another tea. We waited an additional 40 minutes, which included multiple comments from our server to other staff about how ridiculous it was that we still did not have our food. At one point I overheard her say " I'm going to get the manager, there is no reason for it to take this long. It was a salad, a kids popcorn shrimp and an ultimate feast!" A few minutes after, she came and said they were putting our food together, and should only be a few minutes more. About 10 minutes later, the kids meal and feast came, but no salad. I waited for about 15 minutes, no salad. My husband was almost done with the feast and my daughter had picked at the French fries. My husband said to me " I have had better crab legs at a bar". I flagged the server down and asked her to remove my salad from the bill, and bring us the check. I could see that she was upset, and very sorry. She said " trying to have any kind of organization here is next to impossible ". She had to "hound" the manager to fix the bill and eventually brought the updated bill and a boxed Ceasars salad to the table. I did tip 10%, but left the salad, as I didn't want it anymore. Read moreThe 5 stars go to your employees. Your corporate systems are terrible! Now I know it's my fault for ordering a $100 take out order during dinner rush the day after Valentines Day however, it would definitely relieve a lot of stress off both your employees and your customers if the dumb computer could tell the difference. Maybe have something in place where when the order comes through, those in charge of take out orders could tell the system that it will be taking an hour vs 35 mins. I was just feeding my family. This other poor guy was a door dash worker. While waiting our extra 30 mins he explained how it wasn't his tip he was even worried about, it was the bad mark he would get from Door dash for being late with food. Shame on door dash for that as well. I run my own retail cellular store and have worked in customer service for over 20 years so I've seen a lot of different customers and have handled many escalations. Because of this I understand how it works and how nasty the public can be. The employees at this store handled the problem with your corporate systems beautifully. They apologized even though it's totally out of their control. Please update your timing systems Red Loster Corp! I'm sure you'd have much more happier employees and customers. Just be honest there's going to be an hour wait vs the 35 mins and give the customer the option to continue with their order.
