The young associate didn't know what an Isuzu was. Quoted me the wrong price. And also stated that the part was so expensive because of the vehicle make. I did not inform him that this same vehicle part was also shared with the Honda Passport. And also their inventory said they had 8 spark plugs for my vehicle they had none in stock. I ordered them online the exact same plugs from RockAuto for $3.51 Less per plug. I will not be going there ever again! I even tried to explain to him the original parts I was looking for we're not as expensive as he quoted and showed me he was quoting me the price for 5 instead of one but he did not believe me. I gotta say, for being broke down 12 hours from home, I had such a fun and good experience at this store. My aunt and I were here for over an hour while one of the employees here and another customer changed our spark plugs for us. Excellent customer service, I don't think there was a single employee in this store who didn't check to see if they could help us. Friendly, courteous, polite..... As hot as it was outside that day not one person thought twice about staying out there to help get us on our way. Wish we had service like this where I live!! Thank you guys for all...
