S&H TOBACCO and Vape — Local services in Spring Hope

Not knowledgeable at all or have a clue what they sell called and asked about pipe tobacco and got the response "I don't know what that is" if you work at a smoke shop you should have experience or at the very least be knowledgeable what you sell you work there for hours get off your phone look around the store and learn what you got so you can help your customers will not be returning to this Location Managment needs to get experienced workers and get rid of the ones that wanna just come play on phones...

There’s been a few times I’ve come up here and numerous times it is closed but yet online it says it’s open till 9:30pm. I drove to spring hope JUST TO GO HERE… I wish I would’ve just saved the gas. It’s ANNOYING. I could’ve went to Bunn but I figured I’d just go here because it was open later… mistake on my part. I won’t be checking again...

Great selection and customer service. Stay away on Sundays. The hours are not accurate and you’ll waste a trip. Not sure what time they open but I’ve been back twice today one at 10 and again now at 10:30 it’s very upsetting when the hours show they open at 10 and this no where near...
