Eagle Nails — Local services in Spring Hope

I asked for a white ombré full set and was informed that it couldn’t be done, when there was a photo of a woman in the reviews that had that exact color on her nails. Anyway I was fine with that, so I asked for a simple white French with the nails coffin shaped. I decided to do the V French instead because it would compliment the coffin shape better, or so I thought… the nail tech was in such a rush that she made my nails crooked, along with cutting the sides too far in and the shape looks completely off! After laying down the acrylic, she forgot to put down a nude layer of gel polish down and you can see straight through the nail! She said she forgot, and didn’t even bother fixing it!! And only took $5 off because I had to wait for a long time. My full set was not worth $60 (what would’ve been $65) and I’m quite irritated with how my nails turned out! I feel like Eagle Nails has really lost the spark they use to have a few...

Mia at Eagle Nails in Spring Hope really came thru like family for me when I was in a bind! After a friend did my nails for a special weekend event 2 days later they started to pop off! I didn’t have time to go back to my friend and just had a feeling about Eagle Nails but I haven’t been there in years! The instant I walked in Mia greeted me warmly and quickly understood my dilemma and she quickly made a plan and jumped to work!! She listened to what I had envisioned for my nails for this very special event and instead of using stickers as she originally planned she understood how important this navy theme for my son’s Naval bootcamp graduations!! They were nice enough... however... my 14 yo niece got her nails done there for Winter formal and this was her first experience getting her her nails done.... it was not a good one. The woman did more than a few nails severely crooked. Also they were not filled in properly and looked...not professionally done. Now, about 10 days later, half of them have already popped off. Definitely not worth it. She was so upset and cried when she got home. I called and asked what they could do and was quoted crazy prices for me to pay for them to fix it. I definitely dont recommend. I am now going elsewhere to pay to have the few nails...
