AT Customs — Local services in Spring Valley

I'm a former NASA researcher, and research products and methods to death before I choose a shop. I had very specific needs in my situation, and no one else could even comprehend the complexity to what I needed. What is crazy? Due to the complexity of my job, Eric, the owner, stayed an HOUR after they closed to inspect the entire job and ensure I was happy with it.

My vehicle's electronics did not function when I started it. He said "please just send me the bill. We never touched the electronics but I will pay for it." It was just a slightly low battery issue and all the warning lights went out after 5 minutes of driving. They were also reasonable and extremely knowledgeable. The staff was so accommodating and funny.

This is the first time in 30 years I have not had to go back and have them clean up marks in the interior from the worker's dirty gloves or shoes. There was not a single mark on anything. Probably the worst auto shop in Las Vegas. No kidding. Took my car here after I got hit. They absolutely came up on $20k from the insurance. I don’t care it wasn’t my money. But when the owner Chinese man known as ERIC, wanted me to pay out of pocket for other repairs was when I finally drew the line. They tried giving me my car back so poorly that I honestly feel embarrassed posting it. I waited over 3 hours. Once they gave me my car it was over 9 pm. The next morning when I saw the car in daylight I ended up taking it back. They tried to bill my insurance $5k for a car wrap that had not taken place. Maybe if you have a bootleg or rebuilt title consider hiring this shop. If you have a car that you actually care for, do your research. Companies like this one just want to pocket insurance money and split the work with other shops. Poor work ethic. Unreliable. I called a few days ago to see how much they would charge to install the side skirts & front splitter for my 2017 Camaro. Although; I never heard of the shop; I somehow had a good feeling about it. And was glad to hear that it wasn’t a fortune to install those cosmetics. I literally had the side skirts & front splitter in my room for a year because shops were charging a fortune to install them. It was done the same day and were installed properly. Shop’s customer service was very friendly and understanding and I am happy with the service provided; I highly suggest this shop. They also have State/Government Contracts such as Law Enforcement & CCSD for Ex. As; I have mentioned above; I reached out to so many shops to which some didn’t sound competent but here; I am actually happy to have found it because; I’ve searching endlessly and nothing but disappointment.
