They will try to take this review down again, because they have already done it ( 7 months ago when I have first wrote it) , they don’t want anyone to know what kind of scammers they are.
The most UNTRUSTWORTHY shop that I have came across in Las Vegas. You cannot trust a word that comes out of the owner’s son Vigan . He is lying, deceiving ,manipulative , disrespectful and conniving individual. They are just there to make money, as much as possibly they can ,from every single individual they come across. They don’t care about their customers at all.
They will quote you one price and it will ALWAYS come out to be more ,somehow. They will never honor warranty work.
I have brought my third luxury car ,which happens to be a Maserati for an alignment, because on my first two luxury cars they performed alignment and everything was fine , but on my third car they didn’t do a job right ,because they have rushed it . According to Vigan , he doesn’t charge per alignment, he charges per time spent on the alignment, which does not make any sense whatsoever, ( no mechanic shop does it like that) ,so he has rushed the technician to perform the alignment faster And the alignment was not done properly and I came back so they can fix it , but this time right, because they provide six months warranty ( that’s a lie) . I was so naive believing that they will actually honor the warranty, because they have never had intention to do it. They will blame it on you, a customer ,for being something else, so they will not have to perform an alignment again. It is never their fault. Always a customer’s fault. They came out with some kind of a lie and they did not want to do the alignment again.
I have been in a car business for 20 years and I know exactly how things work and I know that they didn’t want to honor the warranty and they have came out with some type of a lie. That is not how you do business.
Stay far, far away from this shop. That is my advice. This is not how you treat a returning customer and I am definitely not coming back to this shop. CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THIS SHOP , they are not to be...

I submitted over 100 pages of proof to the proper authorities and banks. Vigan always ask you to pay in cash, says they performed the work and never did. They also have workers who are not licensed performing work on your cars. A full investigation is taking place on HiStar so people Beware of the fraudulent paperwork, workers, and owners that will take advantage of the consumer’s. There was much more paperwork proof just not enough space. BEWARE of High Star owner Vigan he talk nice but have deceptive business morals… BEWARE of the FRAUD. Paid 9,800.00 check for the ourselves I enclosed the invoice, only to have to come out of pocket 3,800.00 to go back and redo all the work that was paid for. We have not completed any work on the car so we can prove that the work was not completed. That’s only the critical parts that needed to b fixed just to start the car, If only we could rate High Star a -0 rating. Histar is a breath of fresh air! the customer service here is unmatched. i’ve had what feels like a million problems with my car while owning it for the last 6 years and this is by far my favorite shop i’ve ever taken it to. i will always return here with any additional problems i have. the entire team communicates with you so well you will never feel in limbo about what is happening. they are incredibly honest while also being reassuring. my personal favorite team members were Von, America and VIGEN! so incredibly personable and empathetic during my time of being distraught about my car. Vigen helped me through every step of the process and always made sure i knew my car was being well taken care of. i was under the impression my vehicle would be totaled prior to taking to Histar, yet they found a way to keep me uplifted and they reassured me that they would help me in anyway they can. in the end, my car looked brand new. i remember Vigen telling me he would never send me back out in my vehicle if he wouldn’t feel comfortable sending his wife and children in it. this gave me such a sense of sincerity and security that i was in good hands. this company deserves its stars. it’s where worry and confusion meets ease and understanding. i’m so happy to have found somewhere i can trust to maintenance my vehicle and to know i’m leaving there being as safe as i was prior to any damage. highly recommend this amazing team...
