This is the worst customer service experience that I had ever received in my life. I had placed an order on the app for delivery, it was a stuff crust pizza with garlic parmesan sauce and pepperoni, the pizza that was handed to me was not what I ordered it was a hand toasted pepperoni pizza with marinara, My husband did not know what I had ordered and he ate two pieces when I tried mine I noticed it wasn't what I ordered and threw the slice away,I called the store immediately and spoke to the manager that gave me two options 1 get my refund 2nd that they could re make the order but it would take up to 2 hours to be delivered, I had paid cash so I requested the order to be replaced (at no point during the call did she requested the wrong pizza to be sent back), it took almost an hour to get it delivered when the same delivery driver arrived my husband opened the door and the drives asked what's wrong with the pizza I just delivered and he asked to see the pizza my husband brought the box to the driver and he told my husband that that wasn't the pizza he delivered, I got out and told him yes it is, that is what you handed to me, we even suggested that he should check the other deliveries because he probably gave our order to someone else, after being back and forth for couple minutes he agreed that he was wrong and handed out the correct order to us and took the 4 slices left on the wrong order, I felt offended this driver question our honesty and called us liars without using those words, that is what he implied, my horror and disappointment doesn't end there while I was on the phone with their corporate to complain about this situation I received a call from the store manager that I was not able to answer, she left me the most humiliating voice mail ever, which I'm adding a screen shot of, she said that she requested the wrong order back "which she Didn't Do ", it's a recorded line so I hope someone who cares in corporate bothers to hear the conversation... but that's not all after she stated that she said that if I was going to eat the pizza I should have let her know and she wouldn't have sent me nothing, I guess she wanted the slice I bite back too and she said that I sent back only 2 slices when there were 4 left, this is the first time I get someone to have me sent a wrong order back, they dropped the Ball and I was treated with no respect. This people needs coaching for customer service because obviously they do not know what it means and how to deliver it to customers. Disappointed, angry and humiliated that's how I feel 😕. If I could give 0 stars that's exactly what I would rate my experience with this Pizza...
Read moreCame at 10 p.m. was staying at the Rio Hotel which had pizza options open but we were craving PIZZA HUT. Called first to assess hours. Said open till 12a.m. We walk in at 10:04 P.M. after taking an Uber from our hotel only to be told that they don't have the ingredients because they Have a new rule that whatever is not sold by 10 PM has to be thrown out and they can't pre make dough for crust or anything because it goes bad. I asked... "So why do you stay open till 12 midnight. Why not close at 10 p.m. if those are you new rules ?" She stated these are new rules from corporate & they just have not changed the hours yet. She was polite & professional when saying this but it truly was a let down And having to pay the Uber driver to take off there and take us back empty handed & hungry lol just added to the letdown. "I Think" The employees just wanted to get off at 12 AM and not be stuck there cleaning and shutting down for an extra hour so after 10 o'clock they just decided on their own that they were going to clean up and get ready so they could leave at 12....
Read morei ordered online for lunch chose my time for 12pm. at 11:40am I checked the status of my order it said it was on its way. 12pm came and my food was nowhere to be seen I waited about 8 minutes before calling the store they had me on hold for 12 minutes and then hung up on me. I called back once again and they had me on hold for another 12 minutes and hung up on me again. at 12:33 the delivery guy strolls in with the food way past my lunch time and offered me a coupon for being 33 minutes late! im sorry but if you ruin my lunch being more than 20 minutes late! that food should be free!!! not stroll in here and offer me a coupon for a free large pizza with my next order!. if you were 8- 10 minutes late I would understand the coupon but 33mintues late when I had ordered from you guys 1 1/2 before the desired delivery time! what bad customer service!. I refused the food being that you guys were so late I had to go out and buy something to eat if I could give this a 0!! I would! way to ruin...
