Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Spring Valley

This is it the usual location that I go to I’ve been going to this location since my sons school is near. I used to go to Starbucks, but I have been one over with the exceptional customer service I usually get. This location has a different vibe a different energy, not as friendly as other locations. Not a big deal until today. person taking the order was very friendly she asked if I had the app or will it be cash or charge? I asked if I can use my complementary coffee that I never redeemed she said sure but when she did not see it on the app, she says no problem I’ll still comp it. when I got to the window, they told me the price and I said the young lady said that she was going to put the drink on the house for today. The young lady at the window said if that was the case it will have said so. What wait? I’m not trying to have s bad day and said I’m not sure of the process but that is what she told me. and then she double down and said it’s not stated, and I replied, well don’t you want to ask her? I seen a few team members that I have over tipped every day since I have came to this location. So is it a problem do you think I’m not going to tip and gave them $2 to put in their tip jar. I’m still not wanting this to be a big deal. I see sweet cream being poured and said I didn’t know you had that I use to get heavy cream before it was discontinued may I have a little? And she said no that costs extra and you didn’t pay for that coffee and I said are you serious I come in for times a week and tip every single time I come in. And the other person said give it to her and then a young man rolled his eyes as he handed me my drink. One person having a bad day is acceptable but not the whole vibe being off because of a complementary coffee, drink the young lady being so nice I took my order, forgot to put into her tablet that it was complementary. The comment of me asking about sweet cream along with rolling eyes was enough to write a review. Let me say this is the first time I have ever had a negative experience I generally love the friendly laid back Dutch bros culture. But my treatment was unacceptable and I will not go back to...

The best coffee and tea you can get. The only place I can get sugar free options. The competition doesn't offer any sugar free items I have check and rechecked!!!!!!!! Dutch Bros is the only one I have found that cares and understand that people with health issues like me who can't have sugar but love flavor coffee can go and enjoy coffee without worrying. My only criticism is that they don't have a sugar free menu customers can actually see. But they do have sugar free options my favorite is the sugar free cocomo. So Whether it your health or you just want a healthier choice go to Dutch Bros you can't go wrong. They are my favorite coffee place if you can't tell. But as I tell everyone an I mean everyone I may have to give up sugar but I wont give up my coffee and with Dutch Bros I don't have too. So thank you Dutch Bros. I've been to almost every single Dutch Brothers in town and this one is consistently the worst one I go to. They don't pay attention in the drive-through so they take other people's orders and then tell me to back up because they skipped over me by two cars. They are the slowest, the people that work here just aren't happy or don't care and it's by far the worst Dutch players experience I've had in town. The one on rainbow and sunset, the one on Eastern and Pebble, the one on windmill and Spencer, the one on Tropicana and fort Apache are all awesome. I don't know why you guys can't get it together. Only two stars because once I finally get my coffee after being skipped over constantly it's still pretty good. But I've also gotten plenty of bad cups of coffee from these guys and it's not worth waiting for the drive-thru and getting skipped over again to go back though the hassle so I'm just done with...
