This is my 4th experience w/ Cherry Lash Lounge. The first time was at the rainbow location, they looked good (for $239 plus tip, they should have!). However, they were horrible looking a week later. The 2nd time, I went to the henderson location for a fill plus and bottoms. They again looked good, I liked the tech and rebooked with her for 3 weeks . After a week, they were horrible! About 20% of them were all that was remaining. I went to my next appointment, having asked for a master artist, hoping that it would make the differences e, I REALLY WANTED THEM TO WORK FOR ME.! I arrived only to find out that they had screwed up my appointment and make it for 3 weeks more, which would be 6 weeks total.! I waited there for hours, until they took me in with montssi, then switched me to another tech, then finally to another , who happened to be who I was originally booked with. The lashes did really well this time, so I rescheduled with Montsi and was happy to be going today, despite the wicked headache I woke with due today a sinus infection. I had been up half the night with it, and had a fever the night prior from the sinus infection. When I got into montsi's chair, I was EXAUSTED and fell asleep. Next thing I know, I hear her ask me about a fever, in my slumber I said yes, I had one from it (the night before). With that, she says I am sweating, and she does not want to finish the service, do I mind coming hack next week. Keep in mind, this is a 3 week fill, one that was NEEDED BADLY AFTER THE FIRST 2. Although they did better, by 2.5 weeks, they were half gone. That is when I WOKE FULLY AM ASKED HER WHY SHE WOULD SAY THAT. She said, we'll you are sweating and you have a fever, I said NO, my fever was from a SINUS INFECTION, IT IS NOT CONTAGIOUS! She rudely went on to say she has little kids.....So do I, I would not be that irresponsible to go somewhere if contagious! I am paying this woman $190 plus a 30 dollar tip and she has the balls to tell me to come back next week due to a sinus infection!?!? REALLY!? I will NEVER go to her again, and ANY COMPANY that is going to allow the techs to behave in such a way, needs correcting. This is an EXPENSIVE SERVICE! I WILL BE LOOKING ELSEWHERE FROM HERE ON OUT. The place is like a bad nail salon, you would think for the cost, they would offer a bit of pampering, NONE AT ALL. I recommend looking around before booking here, sadly, the client means NOTHING to them, it is all about the money. Not only that, you get way less then what you are paying for. I also want to add that after the service, they show you a mirror. If you see anything you would like changed, that is when they will do so. She showed me the mirror, I asked for a few changes WHICH SHE FLAT OUT REFUSED TO DO. God put it on my heart to tip her regardless, so I did. However, I paid 230 to be insulted ad walk away unhappy with the service and my lashes. Do yourself a favor or and go elsewhere, you will be...
Read moreI came in the day before my birthday on the 14th and got the dramatic set that's supposed to cover 90% of my eye (IT DIDN'T🙄). I went back on the 16th because my eye had been swollen since the night of the 14th. My tech went threw and separated eyelashes that were stuck together 🤔, removed eyelashes put in places they shouldn't have been 🤔. I was told it should get better now, it didn't. I ended up having to go back again on th 17th for them to remove the lashes because my eye was still swollen. They removed the lashes as i was leaving i asked for a refund, there was no manager available, so she was messaged about what was going on. I went to my car to look in the mirror to see that i had white stuff stuck to my eyelashes. I had looked in the bathroom but couldn't see that well the lighting in the bathroom isn't very good. I think they do that for a reason 👀. I went back in to ask what it was and why it wasn't coming off. I was told " i dont know, wow that's so weird " smh. I went back into their bathroom to try and again get the white stuff off my lashes, it didn't come off. I was asked to get back into a chair for them to "TRY" and get it off. At this point its a NO for me, my eyes are all irritated already NO THANKS Ill figure it out. I left with the white stuff still on my eye . And its still there this morning. I was told that they do not give REFUNDS EVER ! and was offered the same service over complementary. Im not sure i want to EVER go back here. Im on my way to the doctor's office now because my eye is still swollen and hurts a lot. Im super disappointed...
Read moreI recently visited your salon for a lash removal service and I want to express my disappointment with the experience although Ive been a customer before this visit left me extremely dissatisfied and I will not be back. From the start, it was clear the technician lacked the necessary experience and professionalism expected from a licensed establishment. I had to repeatedly correct her on basic procedures including the improper placement of pads and tape which kept slipping off. Even she admitted this is a reoccurring issue with other clients but she couldn't get them to stay in place and resorted to piling on more tape around my eyes something I've never experienced in any prior lash removal session.
What should have been a straightforward service turned into an hour long ordeal the removal process was unnecessarily long and the cleansing at the end was unacceptable. My eyes were burning badly and I was left with white residue all over them. This is not only unprofessional but potentially unsafe when dealing with sensitive areas like the eyes. For the amount of money your salon expects customers to pay, the quality of service and level of skill should meet professional standards to allow someone fresh out of school with minimal experience to work on clients eyes is careless and reflects poorly on your business. While the technician was polite politeness does not make up for a lack of competence. I am extremely disappointed and will not...
