My sister and i went to the drive thru of this starbucks location. At first everything was fine and we made our order. When we got to the window, it took a min or two before someone opened the window. My sister thought the bacon, gouda and egg sandwich looked good — so we asked the lady nicely if its ok to add the sandwich to our order before we payed. She immidiately had an annoyed look on her face and told us “next time, make sure you order everything at the order box.” We were a bit irritated by her comment. Before all this, we ordered a BLT protien box after she assured us that they had the item available. But after her comment and receiving our payment, she tells us that there is no BLT protien box and that there is only turkey. The whole time she was communicating we can see right through her words. Her actions showed how annoyed she was. I would understand that making an addition to our order last min would delay the production. BUT THERE WAS NO CARS BEHIND US. Not a single one! I called and spoke to the manager Esperanza, and she was very apologetic about the situation and offered free drinks in our next visit. We kindly declined for we were not after any free items. We just did not appreciate the experience. We have ordered in several starbucks locations including this one and never have we felt that we were a burden or caused any trouble. I've tried several times thinking maybe everyone (yes, they all behave the same, like robots) was having a bad day that day, but EVERYDAY?!?! Starbucks is a good company to work for, but these people must really hate it there. The level of service is at zero. You come in and no on greets you, and you stand at the register waiting forever for someone to take your order and they don't even acknowledge you. As if you're invisible. Read moreI placed a mobile order for a breakfast sandwich and shaken espresso. When I arrived the drive through line was pretty empty so I picked up my mobile order. As I drove away, I parked to reply to emails while waiting for my sandwich to cool down. After about 5 minutes or so I went to eat my sandwich and it was the wrong one.
