I recently visited Las Vegas with the express interest in visiting all the Claw / Crane game stores. The market has really blown up, especially with the success of The Claw. Some stores have been subpar, but Gacha Claw is not one of those stores.
Naveed (please correct me if I spelled your name wrong) was nothing but helpful and made sure to care that my group had fun. We took a circle around and found some plushies we were interested in. They had a lot of merchandise from Pokemon, Kirby, and popular animes like SPY X FAMILY, My Hero Academica, and Jujutsu Kaisen. Naveed kept a watchful eye making sure that we had the greatest chance of winning. In my group, he made sure our novice claw game players were taken care of while attentive to our more veteran players. Everyone left with at least something in their arms.
The greatest thing about the store was the upgrade prize wall. Of all the stores that I have been to, Gacha Claw is the only store to feature official merchandise from Pokemon, some of the items were really in demand too. I managed to snag the last Ogerpon plushie after trading in my plushies and coming out of the store, I felt really fulfilled and happy.
Aside from that, they have a chill room to watch anime or just take a break and a photo ops wall with lights and a cute Kirby themed wall.
Gacha Claw is hands down my favorite claw game establishment in Las Vegas. I really recommend supporting this store, especially with their customer care philosophy. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends back home too.
Thank you...
Read moreWe flew in from Orlando, FL, and as seasoned tourists, we know how many businesses in travel hotspots treat guests, assuming they'll visit once or twice and never return. But Gacha Claw completely shattered that expectation. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like regulars, not just another set of visitors passing through.
We were in Vegas celebrating our son's 21st birthday, and with everything this city has to offer, one of his favorite memories was our time at Gacha Claw. We expected a typical arcade experience, spend money, have some fun, and move on, but after interacting with the staff and seeing how genuinely dedicated they were to making sure EVERY guest had an amazing time, we canceled our other plans just to stay longer. The atmosphere, the variety of machines, and the exceptional customer service made it impossible to leave.
The team here works incredibly hard, not just to keep the arcade running smoothly but to curate an experience that keeps you engaged and excited. It’s rare to find a place that actually values its guests, and Gacha Claw is one of them. We spent more money than we planned, not because we had to, but because we wanted to. That speaks volumes.
Thank you, Gacha Claw, for setting the bar for what real customer service should feel like! We’ll absolutely be back next time...
Read moreGacha Claw in Las Vegas is a hidden gem that provides an incredibly fun experience. The ownership is remarkably friendly, making you feel welcomed from the moment you step in. They've got a fantastic selection of prizes, which range from cute plushies to cool anime and video game-themed collectibles.
The atmosphere here is just great - it's vibrant and engaging, perfect for both kids and adults looking for some arcade fun. One of the coolest features is their dedicated photo room where you can capture your winning moments, adding a fun memory to your visit. There's also a comfy lounge area where you can relax and enjoy some of their imported drinks and snacks.
Location-wise, it couldn't be more convenient; it's right next to Taco Bell and Jack in the Box on Rainbow Boulevard, making it an easy stop while you're out and about. The machines are well-maintained, ensuring you get a fair chance at winning those awesome prizes. And if you win smaller items, there's an excellent system to trade up for even better loot, which is a nice touch.
Overall, my experience at Gacha Claw was so fun that I'll definitely be coming back. Whether you're a local or just visiting Vegas, this place is a must-visit for some light-hearted, enjoyable...
