Dotty's — Local services in Spring Valley

I just got done having a gambling session here. Me and a friend were here for about 2 hours 3 maybe, and I have never experienced something so uncomfortable and so unprofessional in my life. The bartender, was first very Coy with us right when we got there. Like she was being nice but I can tell there was a vibe that she was being phony and she was being very sarcastic as well. Apparently we find out later that it was because we don't tip her enough. So her and her friend took a smoke break, and this is a smoke break like every 13 minutes she takes a smoke break, and her and her friend decide to start talking about me and my friend and how we don't tip properly and they were making it out to seem like we are horrible people just because we cannot afford to tip them as much as they would like. Then as I turn around I see the man, her friend pointing directly at me and my buddy. I asked him what's going on what's the problem, is there a reason that you are staring at me and pointing at me and my friend? Immediately the worker aka the bartender, jumped in and was telling me that they were not talking about us even though they were pointing directly at us. Then she said that I was rude, trying to flip the whole thing around and make it seem like I was the bad guy because the other people in the bar didn't know what was going on. This woman has caused problems with me and my friends before, and she always has some very unprofessional and feel things to say. Just last week my friend went in here and asked for a pack of cigarettes and she responded with oh where all your homeless friends. Then after that she said are you dealing drugs in here? Me and my friend have never ever done drugs in her life and actually Advocate against the use of drugs so we took great offense to her mouth. I have never been disrespected publicly like this before, and I am very happy that I was having a decent day and able to control the emotions that I was feeling because it really really upset me and made me feel absolutely degraded. This is not how an establishment is supposed to hire people to run the casino, and this is not how people should treat each other. I will never return to this place in my life again call and I hope Dotty'd takes action to fix the issues I have presented today. I tried to give a zero-star rating but unfortunately that's not possible so keep that in mind, this is a zero or maybe a negative 3 on a scale...

The mean, angry old woman working last night is unprofessional and rude.

After withdrawing from the atm and my boyfriend conspicuously handing me cash, we sat at the machines directly in front of where this woman was sitting and socializing with another woman who was also badmouthing customers. ( Now we know why nobody was sitting near them.)

Without asking for any drink orders, she tells me I can't sit there because I'm not playing. Within minutes of me sitting down and lighting a cigarette. Clearly, I was getting comfortable to stay and play a while. And planned on playing a couple hundred alongside my boyfriend, who had already thrown cash into his machine. I left immediately, and he did as well after cashing out.

The other lady (maybe another employee?) told me to just throw a dollar in so I could sit there. I would've thrown in a lot more than that had the customer service been even mediocre. The first employee said "rules are rules" under her breath as I left.

Her inability to judge situations on a case by case basis will lead to lost revenue and more bad reviews. Especially considering another couple who was visibly playing while I was inside, both walked out angrily, complaining about the woman's nasty attitude.

We will never go to this location again, if any at all. If their seemingly new policy or "rules" are like this at all of their locations.

This Dotty's has got to change the staff. Judy is by far the rudist bartender. (She doesn't deserve that title) she is slow ,rude, complains to everyone about her job . Well get out girl no one wants you there!! We are customers, gambling relaxing spending money. You do nothing but stand around and complain. If they revamp the staff , I bet business would totally improve because as long as the staff treats the customers this they won't come back. I am also contacting the corporate office and writting a concerned letter. I think this bartender Judy is mentally unstable and should be...
