Flight to Vegas: $200 Suite Hotel at the Palms: $250 Ticket to (ONCE IN A LIFETIME/ SOLD OUT) FURTHUR show at the pearl: $200

Security's choice to DETAIN ME for 3 HOURS: PRICELESS

If you want to party VEGAS STYLE... Don't waste your money at the Pearl. THE SECURITY IS A GANG OF LYING, STEALING, CROOKS. I was picked out of the line into the show, searched, then escorted ONTO Pearl Property, asked to sign a TRESSPASSING AGREEMENT (in which I agreed to promptly exit the venue, the hotel, my hotel suite, the palms property etc.) MIND YOU I HAD NOTHING ILLEGAL IN MY POSSESSION!!! In my refusal to agree with what was about to go down, KEVIN (Very rude, unknowledgeable, "head of security") escorted my into a security holding cell. I was stripped of my belongings (purse/cell phone/money) and was to sit until the POLICE ARRIVED!

I was ready and willing to take whatever bogus citation the security wanted me to be fined with, but understand THEY NEVER CALLED THE POLICE!!! They UNLAWFULLY held me against my will for NOTHING, just long enough for me to miss the concert I had based my lengthy 1-day Vegas trip around. I could not believe the disrespect I was treated with after FULL COOPERATION with the search and following procedure. I could not fathom what power trip these clowns were on, and although I am thankful the police were not involved in the end, I was still EVICTED FROM MY HOTEL SUITE AT THE PALMS AND ESCORTED OFF THE PROPERTY. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE THIEVES OF THIEVES. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR NIGHT IF IT MEANS ONE LESS PERSON (AND $200 MORE DOLLARS) IN THEIR VENUE. DON'T LOOK AT THEM WRONG!!!

You would think that a venue would we ready and willing to accept eager dance-partiers, but I wouldn't be surprised if security was walking around telling people to stop dancing, that's how much faith I have in them. PUT ON A GRATEFUL DEAD RECORD you arrogant imbeciles. A good venue would predict what type of people is attending their show, and realize their efforts spent on me were a COMPLETE WASTE OF BOTH OF OUR TIMES. (When people were trying to sell who knows how many illegal substances!?!)

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON TOP OF IT! I have made numerous phone calls to the Pearl, they are refusing to refund my money, and continue to hang up/ignore/or re-direct my phone calls. My lawyer is now involved and THE COUNTLESS FRIENDS AND FAMILY I HAVE IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY WILL NEVER PLAY AT THE PEARL AGAIN. Thank you for ruining my LAST CHANCE to see Furthur. (Seeing as they are taking hiatus after this tour). I will never spend another cent...

Pearl Concert Theatre is a midsized and intimate concert venue. I sat on the center balcony and loved that the rows were elevated, so if a person stood up, they would have no issue viewing the concert! I went to the Babyface concert, which qualifies as a throwback concert; unfortunately, many people will show up to sit down and be quiet like they’re at a library and not a concert. I had an elderly Black man tap me on my back several times, and I ignored him the first time because I already knew what he wanted. When I turned around, the man asked me, “ Can you sit down?”

I told the man, “ I love music too much to sit at a concert. The rows are elevated so you can stand up.”

I continued to stand and dance to songs I felt and only sat down on songs I didn’t feel, and the man behind me didn’t say another word.

The sound system in the venue sounded good, and I loved the live band and Babyface’s show. R&B singer Tank and two members of Boys II Men came on stage to sing End of the Road.

The staff did a solid and organized job getting everyone inside the venue, and I look forward to returning to Pearl Concert Theatre soon!

I am annoyed that most acts who book at Pearl Concert Theatre will be throwback acts, which means they will bring a boring older crowd. However, I am always ready, willing, and able to communicate with concertgoers who want me to sit down, that I always stand on business at concerts!

Message to forty and up concertgoers: If you want to sit down and be quiet, stay home and listen to music on...

The "General Manager" Christopher Joy is a unprofessional individual and has no respect for anyone. My fiancé and I came to Las Vegas and stayed at the Palms Hotel 6,000 sq ft. Villa for $3,000 a night, Chris Joy stopped us from bringing five people into our 6,000 sq ft. Villa saying that only registered guest are allowed in the room! He then said that because my name was not registered to the room I was not allowed to go up with my fiancé, the most insane thing I have ever heard! Even worse, I told the "General Manager" that I would not wait in the lobby when I came with my fiancé who was registered to the room CHRISTOPHER JOY turned to me and said, " You are a woman and I will not speak to a woman." I do not understand how the Palms has a man like that representing their company and brand. Christopher Joy told my fiancé on New years eve that he can pack his things and leave the hotel. My fiancé and I booked a $3,000 hotel room to be treated in that manner??? Also I must add that the guest we were bringing up to our hotel room ( which was bigger then most homes) were also staying at the palms, just in a different tower. I have taken action and we will be disputing on paying for our stay at the Palms Hotel. The service was also horrible. our supposed butler would take forty five minutes to bring us water and tea. The Palms Hotel is a joke and a disgrace to be even close to being called a 4 star hotel. Do yourselves a favor and don't even waste $250 a night on their standard rooms or...

Last night my friend and her husband invited to join them to see Toni Tony Tone ! And the show was absolutely awesome! We had a blast! They entertained us , the entire time! Saturday Nov 10th, 2023⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Went to see Keith Sweat concert! He was extremely great! Live music is the best! The dancer was excellent and the band was awesome! But, Keith Sweat was absolutely awesome! He voice was like listening to the record! He gave us a full show! I believe to change clothes like two or three times. The dancers change clothes maybe four or five times. The atmosphere was great, because we all knew his songs. Everybody in the audience, was like a big family. And also one lady that sat in front of me turned out to be my cousin! It was like a family reunion! All of the ushers/ security team that we came in contact with were very friendly. What an awesome staff! What a great show!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What an incredible venue! The Pearl Theater is one of the hidden gems of Las Vegas entertainment. Whether you're catching a comedy show or a full-blown concert, this space delivers an unforgettable experience every time. The acoustics are spot on, crisp, clear, and immersive without being overwhelming. The seating is well-designed with great sightlines. It manages to feel both intimate and high-energy, which is rare for a theater of this size. Staff was friendly, efficient, and kept everything flowing smoothly. Drinks were easy to grab without too long of a wait, and the overall atmosphere was upscale yet relaxed. I’ve seen both comedians and musicians here, and every time I leave, I am already planning my next visit. Highly recommend The Pearl if you’re in Vegas and want a show experience that feels personal.
