Rainbow Massage — Local services in Spring Valley

Just left. I would not recommend this place, and here's why:

For starters...the massage itself was pretty good. I'll give them that, but the lack of professionalism really turned me off.

I paid for a 90 minute massage and was shorted. We started late, and the massage was around an hour and 15 minutes vs the full hour and 30. Also, the masseuse started off giving me the wrong type of massage and I had to correct her on what I paid for. The masseuse walked out in the middle of my massage on two occasions to help customers at the front The masseuse sneezed...twice...not on me but still in the room while massaging over me. Granted...we are humans and sometimes we sneeze and can't control it...but it still made me feel icky After the massage, I tipped $20 which was about 20% (a little over 18% to be exact) and when you factor in that I paid $110, didn't get the full 90 minutes, AND was left unattended twice....$20 was a very good tip. The masseuse had the audacity to ask for more and was disappointed when I said no. Never experienced that in any establishment before.

While the atmosphere leaves you wanting more, the entire experience was how the overall massage was. I asked for a deep tissue massage, and my masseuse delivered tenfold. I felt sore and bruised for a solid 3 days after, BUT my body felt better than ever. This was a couples massage with my wife, who has never had a professional massage, and they asked if everything was comfortable for her several times.

I appreciated the overall care during our service. I never once felt rushed, shorted, or left desiring more. I will say you might feel awkward at the end during the tipping portion because it is absolutely expected. They counted the money in front and asked, "How much?" I gave $15 to both ladies, and they didn't seem upset about it.

Overall, for the price and special attention to my requests, I would go back. Keep in mind: this is not exactly an uninterrupted, serene, quiet environment like most places. You're there for the massage, which...

First time here I decided to try this place great reviews and oh my!! They were so true! Wendy did a 90 min she did amazing great pressure Dee tissue she backwalk on me Thai style super amazing I went in there with a lot of back and shoulders issues and walked out of there like a new person thank you Wendy definitely going back oh and if you staying at palms it’s a 15 min walk but I took Lyft a lot of homeless people around area just Becarfull everyone not safe on night time .
