Let me preface by saying, that I have been going to this store for the past 1-2yrs since I lived close by. I have always received great service, and never had an issue till now.
I put in a Pre-Order for the PS5 along with a Assassins Creed: Valhalla, both of which were coming out today. Last week I received a call to confirm my pre-order and to let me remind me of store hours, etc. During that call, the associate on the phone went to confirm my ordered items, and stated a PS4 was on my pre-order. I informed them at that time, that it wouldn't make sense for me to PRE-ORDER a PS4 for two reasons 1. The PS4 is already out and I wouldn't need a pre-order, and 2. I already owned a PS5.
After discussing the issue the associate assured me that she had corrected my Pre-Order to reflect the PS5 and that I would be good to pick it up today. I went over those details repeatedly to ensure there wouldn't be any issues, the associate again reassured me that I would have not problem.
Come today, I have been waiting to go pick up my products, but before leaving work and driving out of my way (I had moved since my pre-order), I decided to call the store and just ensure that everything was good for me to pick up. The first associate struggled to give me any information, and seemed flustered with the call. Eventually, he handed me over to another associate (Mark or Alex) not really sure, whom then proceeded to rudely tell me that I didn't have any pre-order, other than Assassins Creed. His attitude and abruptness didn't really leave much room for any kind of discussion and even though I tried to explain what had happened earlier with the other associate on the phone, he just rudely cuts me off and says there's no order under that name.
Again, this has not been a typical interaction that I've ever had at this store, but tonight's antics and absolute rudeness from the associate was completely unwarranted. There is absolutely no reason to be so rude to any...

The manager said they would fix it and ordered me a new pop in store and told me they would hold it at all cost and call me when it arrives at the store. Two weeks go by I never received a call, I went into the store today to find out where my pop is and the store clerk Dulce says that my pop was delivered to the store but they do not have it. So she is assuming my pop was sold again. She told me there is nothing the store can do at this point and to call customer service to order a new pop or get a refund. I call customer service and was told by the Rep Daniel that they can only refund me half of what i paid for the funko and that they cannot order me a new one because the pop is out of stock. He would not transfer me to a manager and was no help whatsoever. He then proceeded to tell me that I would have to go back to the store to get a refund since the order was done in store. Read moreI went to the store on Arroyo Crossing Pkwy on 06/25 at 11:56am. Website said it would open at 12pm and the store hours sign said 12pm. I waited thinking that they will come maybe 10 mins or 15 mins late, which I was okay with, but I waited a whole two hours and nothing.
It is my daughters birthday and she absolutely loves Pokemon. I bought a set that was on special and surprise her with it because it's the day I had off and I am not able to surprise her this weekend. I couldn't cancel the order because the deal was limited time and the refund would take too long.
I was not the only one there waiting, a few people waited, families came and looked confused, and they stayed there to see if anyone will come to open the store. I know it seems silly, but for people that work multiple jobs, time is very limited.
