LV Furniture Collection — Local services in Spring Valley

I like this store because they have stuff that you wont be able to see anywhere but we bought this pink chair and the guy told me that they have one in the warehouse available because we dont want to take the floor sample. If you want to buy something you want new one ofcourse! They told us that we can pick it up in the warehouse, thay they will text us when and where and might take few days. I looked at the floor sample to make sure that i they wont just be packing the floor sample.. I SAW THE STAIN ON THE CHAIR.. couple days later they called us.. pick Up the stuff, took it home, and ofcourse i looked for the stain.. and VIOLA!!! Its the same chair thats on the floor.. thanks guys! But im no stupid..wow you did not even bother to check your stuff.. i did not bother to call them and say anything coz Its a waste of time for me having to jobs carrying this big box, back and forth..I just want you to know that i am not...

Would not purchase a thing here because of the “service” (if anyone could call it that). 4 people sitting at a desk, there were only two customers in the store, me being one of them, and not one person tried to engage…of course until I walked out and past the desk where one person asked if I had any questions. At that point, I walked through the entire store and tested out multiple pieces.

Sucks because they have some decent stuff, especially if you’re into MCM, but I’d never step foot in there again.

They will go out of business just like the store there before them if this is the experience.

Note for the store owner: there are so many options online now, the primary reason people are inclined to shop in-store is the service and being able to experience the furniture in-person. Get some real sales associates who know how to do more than profile and...
