I 'd like to share my buying experience here Back in 2015. Two years ago after i moved out of LV, i post my first review on yelp. And until half year ago, the owner of this store "Mary" left a reply. She said she just had a bad day and anyone could have a bad day, and she claimed the store changed somehow. The reason i posted the bad review after I moved, is that their horrible attitude scared me like a threaten. And that is Vagas, the sin city, you know what i mean.
I come to google to post this again Now, after i saw a review posted one month ago saying he got blocked by Mary and some kind of threaten too. I feel bad for that customer cos they are still doing the same thing and they never ever change! I should have posted here earlier to remind everybody.
If you order anything that isn't displayed in the store but only from their catalog, make sure it's satisfied guaranteed. I received the pieces with bad quality but high price, but Mary screamed at us in the phone and used lots of bad words . No matter how polite we were she still told us nothing was refundable. Or they need to charge the "restocking " fee. The store manager (Barry) actually orally promised that there would be no charge if we were not satisfied about the delivery items ordered from the catalog. We totally took his words but they didn't deserve our trust. Besides, there were some other details i could put them here, but in a word, below is my suggestion:
put everything important in black and white(like deadline of delivery date etc and make sure their refund policy is fair). Don't forget to read the fine print on their paper Watch out for their price tricks. Don't be fooled by their lowest price ad. There's negotiation space. Ask them write down every single item's price, not only the total amount. So if the factory discontinue making one of them(or any other excuse they find), you can get the right amount of refund. Go more stores to compare. Never argue with them. It makes you in bad mood. Just simply cancel the order if you can or ask for legal advice if you can. Don't give your accurate address until they tell you your order is ready to deliver. Go check the items before they do the delivery to your door if you can. That would be the best!
I feel shame of them cos even in China, this kind of furniture store operated like such a way doesn't exist anymore.
Please the seller, don't reply to me here anymore. Your reply is never serious and sincerely. Your reply is just to show other potential customers that you're "responsible and feeling apologizing", which you never.

Read moreUPDATE (1.5 years after receiving couch): The couch is not genuine “top grain Italian leather.” I filed for fraud with the FTC because this couch is nothing like the website’s pictures or my invoice. This company is a scam. I way overpaid for the low quality of this couch, and I hope this review prevents others from doing the same.
Now that my couch is falling apart, they are refusing to take accountability, claiming the damage is from “external factors” rather than acknowledging that the material is not real leather as advertised. They claim this part of the couch was never supposed to be real leather, but this issue is occurring all over the couch. This part of the couch is damaged because the electric recliner doesn’t align to the back correctly (my family is all under 150 lbs, so certainly not a weight issue). We don’t use the recliners too often, so this damage over such a short period really shows the poor quality.
The company claims they resolved my original issue, but all they gave me was a $200 refund, although they agreed this wasn’t sufficient. They then stopped answering my calls and emails, so the original issue was never fully resolved. ——
I waited 4 months for my sofa to arrive. When it finally got here, it was the wrong color and the design does not match the pictures. This company is a scam.
Talon, the agent who helped me order, completely messed up on the colors they carry. The color name he typed did not match the number code in my order. As a furniture sales representative, he should be trained to know all the colors and color codes very well! I have sent the customer service departments email evidence that he emailed me pictures with incorrect color names and the wrong order. They offered me a $200 gift card to make up for his error, or I could pay shipping & handling fees to send it back—pathetic! Why would this make me ever want to order from them again? Not a credible business.
On top of this, the couch did not fully look like the picture. The armrests are not the same shape and they are poor quality. It was a huge let down after waiting for 4 months. Customer service is awful and this business has tons of BBB complaints.
UPDATE (6/22/23): Last week they called me apologizing again, and they agreed store credit was not sufficient for their false advertising of the sofa and their employee’s mistake with the color.

As I signed the form to indicating that I received the product, now, I cant dispute the charge; that form has some hidden verbiages indicating you received product in a good condition! I was careless as I assume it a receipt format! Please be more logical how can you know the product in a good condition when it is still under the package! This store played a shady game to be free from liability for any damage of their product later! Now I have to close the claim with the tear on the leather and obligate to accept the amount from this store! I wonder how can these stores can be legally operated in US, getting away from the law such way! Please be careful to do business with this Chinese merchant ! They are shady! I have recently bought the sofa as a gift from the family! There is a small hole on the arm chair and a tear on leather of the edge of middle chair! I filed the claim in which they offered me for a covered arm chair and $150 for a compensation of the tear. I am okay with an arm chair cover, but I am not fine with the $150 for compensation! I have been begging them to fix that tear or replace me another chair! They could not resolve it, and forced me to receive a $150 to close the claim! Regardless of me accepting the offer or not, they would still close the claim and there is no thing I can do! All I ask is to receive a product without any damages, but they fail to provide or to fix it no matter how hard I have requested from them! This store is cruel and heartless! All they want to take money from customer and push customer to the concern of their least considerate solution!
Please revise your policy is that customer deserves to have a sofa without any damage, and you guys would replace or fix it if there are any damages! Please do not use the policy as an excuse to get away from your initial promises!
