Terrible service. The team at legacy fitted our new lights and made such a mess it has cost us a fortune to replace and get new fitters in. Be aware the fitters come from LA so you pay a huge amount more. They didn’t want to review before , but I insisted , then failed to read the instructions or pictures on how the light was set up. Alan insisted on full pre payment of $4,000 and has now disappeared. The lights were fitted completely incorrectly and were left hanging off the ceiling tilting all the way to the left. Holes left in the wall. We had to get a new fitter in who was a lot cheaper , quicker , professional and fixed it in hours. Photo on a chain from legacy then new photo of it corrected

What a gem of store. They had Chandeliers that belong in incredible homes. Just what I was looking for. I was visiting a tile store on Decatur Blvd. For my remodel when I came by this Lighting store. I found the perfect fixture for my dinning room and entryway.

I visited the Legacy Crystal Lighting store, and spoke with Alan. He was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, answered my questions and explained the installation process in detail. He went above and beyond to negotiate a 10% discount.

Alan adjusted his installation schedules to accommodate us. On the date of the installation, Alan and his staff reviewed what needed to be done before they began the project. They were organized and knew what needed to be done.

His staff was very kind, patient, professional, and respectful. Alan and his staff completed the job before the allotted time they anticipated. After they had completed the project, they stayed an hour later to make certain everything was working correctly.

The crystals are of great quality, and blend in with the fixture and the lighting. I have not had any issues the. The Chandelier is great, and I am pleased with it. I also have received many compliments from my guests. I would highly recommend...

I moved from Queens, New York to Las Vegas, Nevada and shipped my grandparents dining room chandelier. Unfortunately one of the arms were damaged during transport. My electrician gave me the number of Legacy Crystal Lighting. I contacted them and Alan returned my call. He made an appointment to come my home and assessed the damage to my chandelier. He was punctual & very professional. During that visit I had family visiting from NY and we discovered that Alan was also from Queens New York. I am a satisfied customer and will recommend Legacy Crystal Lighting to everyone. Legacy Crystal Lighting gets 5 Stars for customer service.
