This is my favorite location, Decatur and Russell..I would like to recognize Serenity..she's always so kind and always remembers how i like my sandwich...no matter what time you go, and she's working, she'll make you feel so welcome and happy to see you.. This is excellent customer service, and I think she deserves recognition for her customer service...it's excellent and an all star employee who makes you feel special everytime you come in!! Also the afternoon team is also amazing....even though they're swamped, they take their time when it's your turn to make sure you get your order just the way you like it....
Dani does an Awesome job with this store! Her staff is excellent...all the assistants, and crew members are top notch! It's such a wonderful experience every time I come, and it's, in my opinion, thee Best store in Las Vegas by far! I tell everyone I know to come to this one..Always Clean, Always Fresh, and everyone is so kind!!..Today Araya made my sandwich and she even remembered the strange requests I make, and I was so shocked!! Read moreFood Spoiled - Errors in orders: I have been ordering for about a year from this location. It's not expensive and the food tastes good and I always have them deliver. However, about once every other week items are missing from the order. Once, the juice was forgotten. Another time, the mayo/mustard mix was left out. Then the chips were forgotten. And yesterday, we received the wrong chips. In their defense, the delivery person would always come back with the missing item (except for the wrong chips which we did not bother to report). The biggest problem is that these past two weeks the food had gone bad. The Classic Sub #6 Vegetarian had guacamole that had gone bad. About a week ago, I ordered a macaroni and potato salad. The potato salad was good, but the macaroni salad tasted bad and it was a strange gray color. I had to throw it away. Today, I got a potato salad and it tasted good, but it immediately upset my stomach. I'm sad to say that I will be avoiding this place from now one. I don't know if the staff does not clean well or might not store their food properly, but I wanted this to be a warning because food poisoning can be very painful. Read moreI’ve been visiting this location regularly since moving to the neighborhood and have always been happy with it. Unfortunately, my last two encounters with your employee Serenity haven’t been great.
The first time, I asked for salt and vinegar chips because they weren’t on the shelf. She brought me one bag, and when I asked for another, she rolled her eyes before going back to get it. I let it go, figuring maybe it was just a rough day.
But today, when I scanned my app at checkout, she told me I needed to let her know I was scanning it. As a customer, that felt a little odd—I’d expect the employee to ask if I have the app instead. Then when she asked if I wanted a receipt, I said yes, but she didn’t give it to me. When I asked again, it seemed like printing it was an inconvenience.
I did try to call the manager to talk about this directly, but the call went to voicemail. I normally wouldn’t post a review like this, but after two similar experiences, I think it’s worth mentioning so it can hopefully...
