It’s around 6:40 PM on November 7, 2024, and this is now the fifth time I’ve ordered a Venti cup but received only half a drink. It’s always the same employee, and I’m not sure if this person holds discriminatory views, has a bias against certain people, or if it’s simply a matter of incompetence. My first interaction with this employee was already unpleasant—when I first ordered an Iced Latte in a Venti cup, I was given a Grande cup instead. I pointed out her mistake, and she remade it, but it was obvious she just added more water because the taste was diluted. Perhaps that experience left her with a grudge, but I was simply standing up for my basic rights as a customer.↳
The second time, I ordered an Iced Peach Green Tea with customizations—a drink I’ve had many times—but when she handed it to me, it was completely off! Not only was there an excessive amount of ice, but the color was entirely different. Then, on the third, fourth, and now fifth occasions, the issue has still been with the cup size. I ordered a Venti cup, and while she did give me the Venti cup, it humorously contained only the amount of a Grande—around half full! Every time she hands it to me, we both can clearly see the drink’s level, and her gaze feels as though she’s openly challenging me.
Although I only spend about $200 a month at Starbucks, I am still a regular customer, and I wanted to share my experience without targeting anyone. Outside of my interactions with this one employee, I’ve had a very pleasant experience at this location. I’m venting here because I don’t expect this issue to receive any attention or resolution, but I would advise others to avoid ordering at the drive-through at night to avoid encountering this...
Read moreI went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a tall black coffee with sprinkled cinnamon in it, went next door to store to pick up a couple things, Im 3 sips in and stir it up and notice a thickness at bottom, I take my straw to dig to see what is is.......slime, literally looked like someone spit in the bottom of cup. I ran outside and thru up. I call them then take the cup back over to show them, I'm in tears. All 5-6 workers behind counter had no idea what it was, their faces looked disgusted which made me feel worse because they even thought how nasty, but they could not give me an answer to what it was. They said it wasn't syrup because I would of tasted it and there was no taste. I was hersterical . We tried to experiment with everything to see what it could be and nothing ended up like what was in the bottom of my cup. So my conclusion is it was spit. Unreal. They gave my 2 dollars back and said I can wait to speak to the manager tomorrow. I even tipped the window girl when I bought it. I would not order your coffee there. I can not believe this happened to me and all they did was say I don't know what that is. CRAZY!!!!!!! I am reporting this location to the...
Read moreToday I went to Starbucks as I typically do every day. And when I tried to pay with $100 bill, the manager would not except it. He claimed he was not comfortable taking my money. I ask him if he could if you were serious and he said yes I’m not comfortable taking the money. Meanwhile there’s a huge line of people behind me. I am very sick and all I need is some hot tea but he still said he’s not gonna take my money. I said was the problem he says it doesn’t look real, I had just left planet Hollywood passing some chips him and they had given me this hundred dollar bill. I said you have one of those pants back there that she can check it he said he refused to do that. I said well I’m a go next-door to the bank And see what they have to say about it. Of course, it’s not fake. He made me feel awful, embarrassed, and like a criminal. I literally go to this for Starbucks every single day me and my children. We’ve spent so much money at this place. This is the third time the manager has been rude to me about something. He was so rude. I will never ever ever go to this location again. I will be contacting corporate to let them know...
