Was looking for an affordable, same-day couples massage while in Vegas and opted to go here for their foot reflexology and detox since they took walk-ins and we couldn't get in a body massage anywhere else without advanced appointments. However, we called first to confirm, and they had availability but two hours from the time we called, so definitely recommend calling ahead. We were going to purchase a Groupon but was reluctant because of many "can't use the same day" stipulations that Groupon has. We called to see if we could buy the Groupon and come same day, and they said they would match the Groupon price and we didn't have to purchase thru Groupon so that was nice. We enjoyed the experience but our session was interrupted by other customers so they definitely need a staff person just for the door. Also, they started on my massage first and did the foot detox on my hubby, then switched to doing his massage while I had the foot detox. The rooms are not completely closed off so it's semi private. If we were getting body massages I would have wanted a completely private room. Not sure if they have that here. Would definitely visit again for the foot...
Read moreI asked for a one hour back massage. I was lead to a foot reflexology chair and said no, I don't want a foot massage I'd like a back massage only. She insisted the foot portion was 5 minutes only so I proceeded. What I got was a head, neck, shoulder, arm and leg rub along with a foot rub. No reflexology and only 15 min spent on my back. No massage whatsoever, just oil being rubbed around. I still tipped $6 on a $36 service that I didn't ask for and then was SHAMED by the lady at the desk by saying we usually get $10 tip or more. I find that extremely rude to ask,so I told her that I didn't get the service I asked for but I'm still tipping almost 20% for the service which is more than fair and industry standard. They have an actual print out of still faces corresponding to dollar amounts. DO NOT GO HERE. There are plenty other places who dont shame you and will do actual massage, not oil being pushed around. Also, they don't give any space to the chairs so my therapist bumped Into the wall every time he switched positions which is annoying and disturbing. I should have asked for my money back after she did that. I really hope the tip makes it to...
Read moreWent for foot massage and detox. The foot massage was decent but I left a 20 dollar tip and the lady started complaining as it was 3 if us and demanded an extra 10 dollars. A tip is voluntary for exceptional service but when not appreciated you may get that tip but not repeat business. There are PLENTY of places un las vegas to get your feet done. Instead of demanding tips you should increase your price so you feel your proper wage is earned wether you get a tip or not. The service was good but since the CUSTOMER service showed that they don't appreciate a modest tip I'll take my...
