[Above all, will I be back?] I wanted to love this place as I love Soon Tofu soup but sadly I was disappointed about it. The Soon Tofu should be the star of this place as the restaurant name but the soup was.... As a Vegas local, maybe I'd give another shot for other foods like ttokpokki or yukgejang in the future.
Food There were 8 refillable side dishes served together which were average, nothing special. All the Tofu soup is the same price ($14.95) Extra rice is $2. Rice is served in stainless bowl (not hot stone pot)
Seafood Soon Tofu Soup The egg was served separately as normal. I ordered the level 5 (Extra spicy) and it was not extra spicy, maybe 4?. The soup was watery and bland. No chopped green onion in the soup. Seafoods were small clams (no shells), 2 small prawns. Not impressive. I don't think I will order this again.
Jinro Is Back Soju ($11.95) & Terra Beer (L) $7.95
Ambience Mom & pop vibe with about 15 tables. Welcoming, chill. Jazzy/classical lounge music in background.
Service The staff was friendly, attentive and quick. Kept checking if there is anything we needed. Food was delivered quickly.
Hygiene The glasses, cups, utensils, the table and floor were clean.
Price Average.
Location It is conveniently located in Chinatown that is less than 15 minutes from the Strip, on Red Rock St and Spring Mountain Rd.
Parking It has limited number of parking in front of the restaurant, it might be tricky during busy hours.

Read moreSeoul tofu is by far the best tofu soup restaurant I’ve been to in Las Vegas! My boyfriend and I go regularly.
As a vegetarian, it’s very difficult to find Korean restaurants that can tailor their menu to my diet. This place has soooo many options, but my favorite is spicy mushroom tofu soup! Even though they switch the broth to a water base to make it vegetarian for me, it is packed full of flavor. Sometimes their restaurant is super busy and we are too hungry to wait for a table so we try different tofu soup places in town. As a vegetarian, other restaurants have been a huge disappointment for me - IF they are willing to make a dish vegetarian for me, it never has flavor. I’ve learned that Seoul Tofu is always worth the wait! Even my meat eating boyfriend loves it the best.
On top of the excellent food, the server James is wonderful. He brings such enthusiastic and loving energy to your table every time! He’s hard working, enjoys making people smile, provides exceptional service, and anticipates our every need. Today, I wore a white shirt. James came running with a smock/bib to protect my outfit once he noticed I was rolling up my white sleeves to protect them from spicy red stains😂 and when my boyfriend spilled food on his shirt, James ran to the rescue with a spray bottle and clean towels so we could remove the...
Read moreThis was our second visit to Seoul Tofu. My wife and I would often have Sundubu in New York during the winter time, so we decided to give this place a try.
We were initially surprised by the higher prices relative to New York, but rest assured the value is there. The portions are large and the quality is superb.
We ordered the Beef Tofu Soup with Grilled Sole, Beef Tofu Soup, and the Seafood and Green Onion Pancake.
The grilled sole was succulent, crispy, and flavorful. The tofu soup has large pieces of tofu paired with tender beef. The pancake had minimal flour and was filled with seafood. Although the sides were crispy, the middle was a bit soggy.
Our server was pleasant and recommended the pancake and the sole. Both excellent recommendations.
They practice safe Covid protocols by spacing their seating more than 6 feet apart. They also took our temperatures and sanitized our hands. I felt at ease given the music playlist. I could’ve slept in my chair with a full stomach and been happy.
Whenever we crave Sundubu, this...
