The worst claw machine store in the valley by far. I'm a regular at The Claw and Claw World. I've also visited Round 1, Yomie Catch, and Pearl City Plushies. However, GoGo Crane is the most greedy and rigged spot in town.
The first time I visited about a month ago, I spent $20 and only won one plushie. For reference, I usually spend $5 to $7 per plushie on average. Today, I returned and spent another $15 but won NOTHING.
I noticed that the machines are calibrated in a way that causes the claw to swing severely. Sometimes, when it should have easily grabbed a prize, it flung to the other side of the machine. If you retract the claw too much, it hits the back wall, causing the machine to shake. Overall, the design is malicious and poor.
They also refuse to readjust the plushies in the machine if they're too difficult to grab, unlike most other claw machine stores I've visited. When I asked a staffer about it, they seemed to not understand what I was asking, which was frustrating.
The pricing of the machines is also strange. The bag plushies, usually considered bigger prizes, can be won with just 2 tokens. There needs to be clearer signage or information regarding this.
The gashapons aren't worth it either; they're just simple keychains that you can buy for a fraction of the cost on Amazon or Temu. Don't waste your money on those machines. If you're going to buy unofficial merch, don't do it here.
Please support a claw machine store that isn't an obvious money and...
Read moreMy 10 year old nephew, 8 year old niece, 7 year old son, 3 year old son, sister, cousin from mothers side, cousin’s boyfriend, 92 year old great grandmother, mother, brother in law, cousin from biological dads side from San Fran, her daughter who had a dance competition here in Vegas all hit up this place like the third time before we were going to return to Houston, TX. Store employee associate Tyler and his sidekick pulled out a chair for the great grandmother. We stayed there from open to close and when they were about to close shop, they didn’t rush us to leave; instead they allowed the kids (my sons and nephew and niece) to observe as they opened up the bottoms of each claw machine to handle the coins. They kept saying good luck to us as they helped us with the machines. They might have as well pulled out a red carpet. Because that’s how we felt not only by the adults and the senior but by the children. This place is truly for all ages and is single-handedly changing the city of Las Vegas in a good way, welcoming tourists and locals alike.
If I was a Las Vegan like my cousin and sister, I would be proud. I pray they open a location in Houston, but then again, now I have one more reason to visit Las Vegas and this gem called Go Go Crane Vegas in addition to visiting my family/relatives.
They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Well, the good memories I had here will not stay in Vegas but will stay with us even when we...
Read moreMaybe go during the weekend or something my visit was ok didn't live up to the hype.. The machines were not restocked as much didn't seem they checked as often or maybe thats just how they filled their machines, each machine plushies was not as full as other claw places at the time we visited there were probably 5 others in there so it was not busy, the gashspon which is probably their main attraction 90% of them were turned off and cost 3 coins for a very small figure maybe two coins would of been ok. The one that was working it didn't seem to be worth it... yeah you may get lucky and get a key for their bigger prizes but even then nothing made me want to spend the 3 coins to find a key. Would rather spend it on the claws at that moment.
The energy here wasn't it. No smiles, no welcome in nothing... the two young girls there didnt seem like they wanted to be there. They weren't rude or anything they were just... there, like their parents made them go to work or something. The plushies are your typical Pokemon, Sanrio type characters and few other random plushies. I will have to give this place another try to see how my experience is but this is my opinion for...
