This is such a neat place. It's BYOB (Build Your Own Bowl) where a lineup of assorted meats, noodles, vegetables, sides, spices and sauces are on a buffet island for you to choose from. You have to be very strategic with how you place and how much you place in your bowl. This is that one spot where you can never complain about portions. You decide yourself how much you want. I had a bit of all non-pork related meats, with udon and Shanghai noodles mixed, and a few vegetables and I went heavy on the chilli spice, little turmeric, easy on garlic and onion powder salt and pepper. Try the mongolian chilli sauce here. The sauces here are more than a handful and is so difficult to decide. The food was so delicious, and the heat of the sauces was packing a punch. I saved the leftovers for another day and it tasted amazing the next day. Tip for customers: If you order to dine-In you get more portion than if you order to-go, but you can always pack it to-go yourself :)

Feels like I transported to Asia … food was on that five star hibachi level But here u can stack the bowl full of meat and get rice or noodles on top .. never in my life I seen this much food for 14 dollars almost a week worth of food … feels like a different world inside with foreign level service like ur royalty ..tren worked there for 3 years and felt like it was his own house loved serving us there food ! Only IMPROVEMENT is please Design the interior better or get a room designer .. it looks like cheap buffet homeless camp vibes my wife wanted to leave there’s a big pic of a dead lobster and floor and ceiling and furniture were all dark sad green and black colors … needs to look more upscale with candles or something … I will be coming here every week .. life changing

I love this place! Every time I go, I always feel like it's the best combination of meat, veg, and spices. So many options for protein, more than just the usual chicken or beef. Today I loaded up on shrimp, scallops, and spicy sausage. The large variety of dry seasonings really allows you to get creative, in addition to different oils and cooking liquids and sauces. And the guys working the grill do a fantastic job cooking everything up just right, with nicely crispy edges to the meats and veggies. Also, having such a big selection of the carb choices from udon or glass noodles to different rices, or even tortillas. All this, plus a scoop of high quality ice cream at the end and always quick and attentive service. It's really an incredible value, fun, and delicious!

If I could give zero stars, I would. First of all, the place is filthy and run-down beyond belief. Cobwebs hanging from all ceiling corners and high-to-reach fixtures, the pleather fabric on all booths worn to shreds and impossible to sit on comfortably in shorts or any clothing where your legs would have to touch the bench (shudder). Sticky tables and high chairs that have probably only occasionally received a cursory wipe-down, etc. Then the food is mediocre, at best. We are fans of Genghis Grill, and this place doesn't do the food half as well. Now, for the truly awful part of our experience. We stopped in for our first and last visit at lunch time on a Saturday, and the place was deserted. Only three other customers showed up the whole time we were there. It was dead silent, no music, no sounds of life. You would think that this would mean they would take good care of their few customers, but we never once received refills on our drinks, and no communication when we were finished about the fact that we needed to get up to pay at the hostess booth. In short, we were not waited on in the least aside from having a bowl thrust at us at the door. Now, this may be common sense to some, but it was not common sense to me that when you seat yourself and prepare your own food and have to get up to go pay and you receive no refills or service during your meal, you obviously still have to leave tip. Well, I got up to pay and signed the receipt, leaving the tip line blank. The hostess glanced at the receipt and then asked me in her most abrasive tone if I had left a cash tip at the table. Given her strong accent, I didn't understand her question the first time and had to ask her to repeat herself, whereupon she practically shouted that I had better leave a tip because, "someone is going to have to clean your table." I was absolutely dumbfounded. I honestly wasn't trying to make any kind of point about the lousy service or lack of cleanliness by not leaving a tip, it was just one of those ambiguous situations where you don't really know whether or not tipping is even expected in a place where you serve yourself. Let's just say we will not be giving this place a second chance. And apologies for the novel; brevity is not my...

True story: We've been going here for quite a while, you can even call us "regulars". We kinda built a rapport to the staff (or so we thought), but then 1 day, upon paying my tab, the overworked small lady server who keeps running back and forth returned with my debit card and and a receipt with nothing to sign and no place to put my tip. I'm a medical professional so I do not know what was in front of me. I gave her my card and I assumed I paid when she gave it back to me, right? So we got up and headed our way to my truck when suddenly the lady server and the rude tall owner guy (who always look pissed off by the way) also came out chasing us saying something we couldn't understand and caused a big scene outside and loudly summoned us to go back inside like we were criminals. Apparently, they accused us of not paying. It was embarrassing. They put us in a humiliating situation without proof. While inside, lady checked the register while mumbling something to the man, but suddenly they got quiet as if they realized something wrong that they did, didn't say sorry, swiped my card and said "it's ok now, thank you". I honestly believe that she realized it was her fault for not charging my card the first time. Otherwise, i would get a receipt with a line to sign. We walked out and didn't say anything. The problem was I'm not that kind of person that will let someone treat me and my wife like that. I filed a police report against these uneducated individuals who show their true colors when it comes to money. I complained about wrongful accusations and putting me in a stressful situation. We do not run away from $30 noodle bill. I'm surprised they are still getting these positive reviews from customers. You are just a customer here, not a person. I tell this story to everyone I know and they lost interest on coming there as well. Lesson here, is HIRE MORE PEOPLE, so there will be less stupid mistakes. Do not abuse your tiny lady server running 20 tables at a time. Never blame customers without double checking, and act appropriately and learn...

English Chinese It's beginning to be that every time i come here there is always something wrong. First off let me say the food is great. That is the number oner reasone why I come back and introduce others. Issues are there not consistant with special instructions, the floor is nasty, under the booths; lets not mention the floor in the mens bathroom. It is just as sticky as under the booths. The door handles, yulk. clearly we are just collecting money. There seem to be no cleaning going on. It's beginning to be that every time i come here there is always something wrong.
