Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Texas

For those of you that want to know the hours of Dairy Queen Sunday- Thursday lobby is open 10 A.M.-10 P.M. while the drive thru is open 10-11 Friday and Saturday lobby is open 10-11 while drive thru is 10-12 This was my first job and I worked there for almost two years it is a great first job and it gives great customer service skills and the food is amazing, but please don’t go into the lobby less than an hour before closing with a big group of people just about every one that works there is in high school and they can’t leave until the lobby is completely clean and you sitting there with your group makes it where they can’t go home until about an hour after closing. Very unhappy with the taco salad here. Received store bought tortilla chips for the taco salad instead of the usual made to order taco bowl that is advertised on every menu you ever see at Dairy Queen (including their menu). I inquired with the cashier, thinking they gave me the nachos by mistake. I told her it should have come with the bowl shaped shell and she said that their store doesn't have those, ever. This is not some limited time promotional item. This is a staple on the DQ menu at any location you go to. I walked in and was unsure of what to order. I stood there looking at the menu and no one greeted me. A person who appeared to be a manager came close to where was standing but still behind the employee side, said something to an employee who was busy preparing an order. The manager kept giving me these weird looks and never greeted me nor asked me for my order. The employee who was making the order looked at me a few times and never acknowledged or greeted me.
