Great Food, Online Ordering Recommended

I have a genuine love for Taco Bell, but there’s no denying that there have been hiccups with getting orders right in the past. However, my recent visit left a positive impression on me. I witnessed two dedicated employees, a manager, and a frontline staff member, going the extra mile to explain how the ordering kiosk works. They even tackled the confusion about differing prices compared to online orders.

While the lack of parking and long drive-thru lines can be frustrating, there’s a silver lining. I’ve found that the best way to enjoy Taco Bell hassle-free is by ordering online and opting for pickup. Not only does this save you the trouble of navigating the unusual drive-thru entrance, but it also ensures that your order is prepared exactly as you want it.

The effort put in by the staff to educate customers about the ordering process shows that they genuinely care about providing a better experience. So, if you’re a Taco Bell enthusiast like me, I encourage you to give online ordering a try. It’s the solution to avoiding parking woes, drive-thru traffic, and potential mix-ups. Let’s support their hard work and make the most of this...

Literally unbelievable! They make you order with AI and refuse to fix the order when it screws up your order! My wife’s recovering from breast cancer surgery and wanted a Taco Bell grilled cheese burrito. I drove to this one because it’s closest and order 2 grilled cheese burritos (a little surprised it’s now a robot taking your order instead of a human but whatever). I order one the way my wife likes it and the second the way I like it. The AI put it as 2 my wife’s way and wouldn’t fix it no matter how many times I told it to cancel! Finally drove up to the window and the guy repeats my order and ask if it’s correct and I tell him “No it’s wrong”. He says sorry nothing they can do since they already made it… he goes back to ask a manager to see if they can fix it and apparently the manager also refuses to make the order correct! They then made me pay for there screw up and I LITERALLY HAD TO DRIVE THROUGH A SECOND TIME TO GET AND PAY FOR A THIRD BURRITO! Thank you for making a really hard time for my family even harder than it had to be! Guess that’s what happens when all you care about is money anymore!...

I ordered a mobile order at 7 PM and got here at 7:20. It was nearly 8 oclock before I left, after watching one order after another that arrived after I did take their food and leave. The manager (who clearly did not care about my situation) told me that it was due to the new kiosk system pushing my order further and further back. Between that, and being told that someone was working on my order and then, five minutes later, watching him START my order, this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a Taco Bell. Besides the nice older lady working the window, every single member of this crew should be fired or, at LEAST, retrained. The manager just wanted to get me out of the store and had NO care for how her crew had treated us. Beyond unacceptable, I will drive further down the road to avoid EVER going to this location again. Shame on you. No care for customers, clearly hating their job, they have no business working a job that requires interaction...

We love Taco Bell, we don’t eat here a lot but when we do, the service is horrible. The staff seems lazy and like they just want the easy way out so they don’t have to do their actual job, how are you able to customize an order online but in person you are not. Honestly just didn’t want sour cream, but it’s “store policy” that you can’t say “no sour cream” on a box order in the drive thru? Cause that’s considered customizing it. When you call to clarify, the employee talking to you is trying to talk to everyone else around them but not you, just wants to give you the quick answer and get off the phone. And before even calling look at the taco we get! Where is the meat?? Are you kidding?!?! Completely unsatisfied with our visit, if you don’t want to work in fast food, go home

We specifically went to Taco Bell to dine in. We ordered our food at the kiosk. We were told we could only use a card. Went to sit at a table and the floor was very slippery. Went to get food and it was in a bag already and was told that we couldn't dine in and had to take it to go. A big group walked in and they were told to go only. We took our orders and left. When we got home, the chalupas were fridge cold. I took the lettuce and tomatoes out to warm it up in the microwave and there was barely any chicken in the chalupas. See pics. Very disappointed with the service and part of our order.

Yes you can still pay with cash and still use the kiosk. It will give you the option at the checkout page. Please tell the girl in charge of the sour cream gun to stick it straight up her fat chalupa. Try to actually get the sour cream in the taco center and not all glopped up at one end. WTH! These line workers have not been able to shoot the sour cream in the center of the taco or burrito in my last few orders. I hate complaining but it is getting old to have such incompetent "Taco Wizards". This will come down when my orders start being made the right way.
