Fajas Colombianas R&R Boutique #2 — Local services in Spring

I do not recommend Faja’s Colombianas R&R.

On July 14, 2025, I purchased 2 fajas, waist foam, and a bra totaling over $550. I left the store wearing a black Stage 1 faja and was promised a free alteration if I purchased 2 fajas, so I also bought a beige Stage 2 faja to wear later. I was also told I’d receive a special soap to wash the fajas but never received it.

The fajas are extremely overpriced compared to the exact same brand (Forma Tu Cuerpo) available directly on their website. Worse, after wearing the beige faja for just one day, the button on the sanitary liner area broke off. I never even examined this faja in the store, so it was clearly defective from the start—something that should never happen with a $200 garment.

On August 2, I dropped the faja off for the promised alteration and for the defective button to be repaired. I even noted this in writing and texted the owner. On August 9, I was told it was ready, but the button wasn’t repaired. I was later told it was sent back again and just picked it up today. Unfortunately, the button immediately popped off again and the faja was still not altered as promised.

This has been a frustrating, disappointing, and expensive experience. I was sold a defective product, did not receive the service I was promised, and paid far more than I should have. I regret spending my money here and would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere to save money and avoid the...
