I went there last night in the drive thur 9:15 they had a line wasn't tripping we pull up to place our orders no one said hi welcome to kfc please hold so my sister said hello the girl comes on and starts to take our and so as we starting about what we wanted to tells us to hold so im like really so this guy comes on in 2 mins and ask what could I get you so we order 2 combos one she wanted spicy but he says we don't have spicy only the original so she was fine with that so when we got our food went home. When I tell you that the fries where salty my blood pressure went up feet swell up then to top it off I got sick still feel sick. So I called them today to speak with a manager the first time I called no one answer so I called back this girl answer the phone I asked if I could speak with the manger no one was to be found I was on hold for a good 5 mins why she find her manager. She finally get on the phone I tell her what happen so she tells me why I didn't come back by time we would come back your close so she asked me what my name was told her so she tells me can I come and when the store manager is here tomorrow. So I tell her your the manager and and you cant fix the problem so I let her know that I used to be one and if some comes in there with a problem it for you to fix so tells me you got the recipient I said yes when you asked me the first time well you can come. Read moreI usually don't go to KFC. I'm not a big chicken fan, and sometimes, their prices are too high, and their chicken is too dry. But my husband is a picky eater who gets tired of the same thing. We were close to this KFC, and so I suggested he try their Pot Pies.
When we went through the drive-thru, Ashley, the manager, said they had just sold their last three to the lady in front of us and said it would be a 30-minute wait. We were disappointed, and we declined to wait. Her voice was still warm, and she told us she was so going to put some down in case we changed our minds.
She was so pleasant, we decided to give it another try two days later. This time, the wait was only 2 minutes, and she shared the chicken specials and suggested something each of us would like.
She was so kind from start to finish each time that I had to tell her how much we enjoyed her customer service. I asked her name and wanted to see the manager. I was shocked to learn she was the manager because she was so humble, kind, and efficient. She actually seemed to care about us, as the customer.
The best part is that love for her customers showed in the quality of the food. Everything was fresh to the bone, hot, and had a good flavor. Shout-out to Ashley....
Read moreI stumbled in here on a mission for a pot pie & peach cobbler (got that somewhere else), and-was-HUNGRY. Went through the drive thru only to be told its not work right now :/ Bummer. Not the thing you really wanna hear when you're starving. To add to it, there was a small line inside the lobby that I waited patiently in. When I got to the front I was told with much regret the last pot pie had been sold. I could've cried. How could this get any worse? Why the 4 stars you maybe asking. But the front cashier gave me hope by saying she'll have to drop some more. They had been short staff (thus the reason for closing the drive thru), and she offered to give me a free pot pie with my order. The other front cashier offered me free drink for the long wait (22 minutes to be exact). :D I was happy at this point. Their staff took what could've been an awful experience & turned it all around for the sake of customer service. I even saw the manager give an on the spot interview to a young man who saw an opportunity to apply. Impressive! Since I had some time to kill, it gave me the opportunity to check emails, texts, etc. I must say I was impressed with the staff and their family like interaction.
