First of all, the ordering process was very difficult. The person we ordered with seemed to not really understand what we were asking for. Never had an issue calling a florist and making a request before? Seemed like the first time they’d ever had that

Second of all, I get that it is close to Mother’s Day but flowers were delivered extremely late in the day. Also never had this experience anywhere before.

Saw a picture of the bouquet and although it was “nice” looking, it was extremely cheaply made. For the cost we spent, we have received much more than what was in the arrangement. And I know because we order flowers often through a florist. 3 Lily’s, yes nice, but came with with only some snapdragons and carnations for $50??? $65 with delivery and tax.

Will never be ordering here again. Very...

I went in and had a consultation showed Pinterest photos and they assured me they could do everything I wanted for my wedding day ! I trusted that and the day of my wedding the flowers arrived I didn’t even know they were for my wedding . I wanted to cry and throw them all at the same time . They looked nothing like I wanted or showed them, wrong colors everything, I asked for greenery hanging from the flowers and they put heavy purple seed filled things I took them out of mine . Maybe I’m being dramatic but if I would’ve seen them before my wedding day I would’ve never went with this place !!! Ruined pictures everything . If you end up going here for flowers make sure you keep in touch and have them send pictures of what’s going on before they show up...

the first delivery the arrangement did not even look close to the picture on the website the planter was to be 12" wide which it was not and that was not the right color or the right flowers we called and they stated they would remake the arrangement when the arrangement was not the 12 inch planter it was only 8 " and less flowers I did not get what i paid for at least the second arrangement looked better , I have always had a great experience with this florist all i was offered 10.00 back for something that should have been done correctly the first time , she stated on the phone that the 8 inch was the only size she had in stock and i got my moneys worth ( false advertisement if you cant do it correctly to the right size you should have called...
