Springboro Community Theatre — Attraction in Springboro

AV system was problematic during the show. Several speakers were blown and had no audio quality. Lighting was very basic and unenthusiastic. Little to no lobby or concessions. Signage and rules stated no photos or videos, then during the show, the audience was told photos ok without flash, followed promptly by all the 70+ individuals phones strobing with flashes... seating is almost as bad as a coach on a plane. Broad shoulders will be pushed together, wide hips should bring your own seating. Very, gradually sloped floor made for poor viewing angles and blocked sight lines from people sitting in...

Wife and I went to the SCT to see A Gentlemans Guide to Love and Murder last night, which is definitely out of the norm for us. I have to say I had little to no expectations considering I know little to nothing about theatre performances. I also had no idea what the show was even about! But WOW it was such a good one!

My friend and I saw the play Legally Blonde. The show was amazing! The cast was energetic and all the voices were marvelous! The theater itself was an unexpected delight with plenty of good leg room seating and not a bad seat in the house. Can't wait to see another amazing show! AND I thought the UPS actor stole the show with his hair toss and dramatic comedic timing!! ...
