Hummus Mediterranean Food — Restaurant in Springboro

I have visited quite a few of the Mediteranian restaurants in the area stretching from West Chester up to Beavercreek near Wright State and this place surpasses them all. My wife and her father are like food critics and for all three of us to get different meals and everyone enjoyed it is very uncommon and would be more like a slim to none chance. I had the Gyro. The Beef/Lamb was tender and out of this world delicious. Father in law had a chicken Schwarma Bowl and he couldn't say enough how good it was. My wife had the Falafal bowl and she also thought it was the best she ever had. We shared a large Hummus bowl. I don't know what all was in the bowl but ask for the special hummus bowl and you can't go wrong. The roasted almonds in the hummus was a special treat. It took the hummus to the next level and my Father in Law actually tried it. He never liked hummus before tonight. I came in here about an hour ago, wasn’t greeted by JASMINE, and I was standing there waiting to be serviced I was never acknowledged the other person was helping with other customers while she was back there fiddling with nothing. A couple walks in and she services them after I had been standing there for 5 minutes and that pissed me off the guy that was working with her saw that and saw the look on my face and looked annoyed that she did that. So I left then I came back with my mom, and he tells her to come over to assist us. Then she wanted to act friendly and etc, then she was watching my zero out the tip line, why would I leave a tip when I just received HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ??? I hope she didn’t expect a tip. I have been searching for good Mediterranean food since the fall of 2023. I've tried every place on the south side of Dayton. Hummus Mediterranean food is the best.

The owner and his staff are extremely kind and generous. While we were waiting in line, everyone got a free falafel to try. Ordering was a breeze. The staff and owner offer options and guide you through the ordering process.

The chicken shawarma is actually roasted on a spit in the kitchen, which gives It an authentic, fresh taste. The shawarma is beautifully accompanied by an amazing garlic sauce.

The beef & lamb gyro is delicious and everything I expected from an authentic style Mediterranean restaurant.

The house made hummus is the BEST hummus I've ever had. It takes 2 days to make and most of the ingredients are sourced from the Mediterranean.
