
January 2018: Yet another amazing experience dealing with Jason Maudlin at BMW of Cincinnati North. He made my dreams become a reality by helping me source a 2018 F80 M3 which met all my criteria for one of my dream machines. As usual, guided me through all steps of the process, which was even more complicate than usual with me requesting an early lease turn in. I couldn't be happier with the car and the service I received there. Also, Tony Heitz who is Business Manager made closing the deal so smooth and unstressful...he answered all our questions and made sure he offered us all possible products which BMW offers and didn't make us feel at all uncomfortable when we would decline. Top Notch Customer Service as always!!!
June 2017: We can't thank Jason Maudlin and BMW of Cincinnati North enough for not only getting us into the perfect car for her to our specs, but for really pushing is to make the Performance Delivery happen in the midst of an insanely busy time for us! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
First, if any of you ever build a BMW, I HIGHLY recommend doing the Performance delivery. BMW will put you up at the Marriott in Greenville, SC. Jean-Pierre was our Concierge from the Marriott and picked us up at GSP airport within 10 minutes of our arrival. He ensured the kitchen at the hotel stayed open to provide us with a 3 course meal, courtesy of BMW. He got our bags to the room, ensured it was up to our "standards", and then proceeded to give us a run down of all the recommended locations he had in Greenville for beer nuts like Jen and I. The next morning when we came down for breakfast we were immediately greeted by our shuttle driver, and the manager of the hotel restaurant. We were greeted by name which was remarkable considering this was the first time we have ever met these individuals. After some coffee, we we're packed up and off to the BMW performance center.
Upon arrival at the Performance Center we were greeted by our product genius Nick, and our instructors for the day, Derek Leonard and Laura. After a quick instructional class on what was in store for the day, we started out on track exercises with Laura. We did braking, maneuvering, and wet skid pad exercises in an X4 M40i. Was an amazing performance package for a crossover (Sports Activity Coupe). After we finished on the road course, we were taken over to the Spartanburg production plant where we had a private plant tour and were able to visit the BMW Zentrum museum.
After that, we headed out to their Off-road course with Derek to experience real world the off-road capability the X-Series of vehicles offers. I must say, it was mind blowing what these vehicles are capable of that rarely see gravel roads...
After a nice lunch with Derek talking about BMW performance topics, sharing pics of friends builds and hearing about his own ride, the time which Jen has waited so patiently for came to fruition. Her delivery. Nick was hilarious and is sense of humor was about the equivalent of ours so the delivery process went on probably 30 minutes longer than necessary but again, we got some great recommendations for dinner and beers.
I can honestly say, after purchasing over 15 vehicles in my life I've never felt more important or impressed by an automaker providing an experience with such high customer focus!!!! Nothing mattered more to the staff at BMW than the satisfaction of Jen and I. They could have been having the worst day but we would have never known because they were all about making this day an unforgettable experience!

I recently purchased my 4th BMW from BMW of Cincinnati North and my second brand new one. When I bought my previous BMW 5 years ago, Brad Schultz remembered me from 11 years before when I worked with a previous salesman on my first two certified used BMW's. He remembered me even from my first BMW Which I bought in 2007. I was super impressed that he took time to remember me and who I worked with all those years ago. This time around, of course I went to Brad. He was patient with me until I found one that I loved. I actually bought almost the same exact car, including color, trading in my 2019 for a 2025. Brad had everything finished for me and ready for me when I got to the dealership to limit my time at the dealership. He gave me a fair price for my trade in.
I have always loathed buying cars and sitting all day at the dealership. Brad and Crystal took that out of the equation. I got there a little early. Brad made sure my new car was perfect and ready in the showroom with a big red bow on it. They treated me like family.
I had a scheduled time with Crystal Harrison in Finance who was fabulous. There wasn't a mystery or smoke and mirrors. She was very transparent and honest and really helped me get what I wanted and needed at the best price. Besides some chat about kids and living in Kentucky, I was in and out very fast and on the road in my new car.
My whole experience was super easy and I am in love with my 2025 530i that is fully loaded and gorgeous! Thank you Brad and Crystal and the whole team that supported me!
I also experienced excellent service with the service department. I had previously scheduled my 2019 for maintenance. Clay arranged for me to have valet service and a loaner brought to me. They provided me with a video of my car. It just so happened I was already working on a deal for the new BMW. It worked out great. I arrived yesterday in the loaner vehicle, completed my transaction and said my last good byes to my old car, "Stella Blue."
