Harbor Freight — Local services in Springdale

I love harbor freight, I've spent thousands of dollars over the years with them, but today an employee of this store I believe stole 20$ from me. I gave her a 100$ bill for my purchase, she handed me my change and being in a hurry to get home I just stick it in my wallet and left. When I got home and looked over the receipt I noticed that she had entered that I gave her 80$ rather then 100, I have a witness who was with me and saw me give her the hundred. She even checked if it was real. So I called the store, the same woman answers, she refused to let me speak with a manager or leave a call back number. She said she remembers the transaction and that she couldn't enter 100 into her register, bullcrap, and that she gave me the twenty missing dollars. I just do not believe this, I believe she stole it. But by entering 80 into the register it's unprovable unless they have cameras. I have contacted corporate and I'm not going to let this go. If she does this a couple times each day it really adds up. I can't believe it's come to this. I am ashamed of this harbor freight store and will never return. I will only order online unless they do nothing then I won't shop with them again anywhere. Check your receipts and change at this store. I know this woman stole my money. Harbor Freight. This store is probably the best store in the chain! If you are a DIY person, this is the tool supply store for YOU! All Pittsburg tools are lifetime warranted; if it breaks, Harbor Freight will replace it! I personally have tools that I use on a regular basis and while I don't make my living using hand tools, Harbor Freight tools have worked for me every time. I have the Master Mechanic tool set and it has held up very well for my purposes. I even have some Chicago Electric tools that are 2 years old and they are still working as they did when I bought them. Now, I may use it tonight and it will break. Other tools are the same; if you use a tool in a way that it is not intended to be used, it stands a chance of breaking! Good...

Was waited on by Caitlin which was the supervisor took a ticket from the shelf to the cashier (her) to pick up item which was a cart she says they may or may not have it and if not that she would check to see who had it said they didn't have it asked why then there was tickets on the shelf and she made it in an excuse saying people bring up the price tag which makes no sense . That just tells you that they don't check their inventory and have no ideal what they have in stock also never did check to see if another store had the product For a supervisor she was useless.
