I just moved to Ohio, got here LAST NIGHT. FIRST DAY in a new state, we go out to breakfast! A first watch, something familiar! We have tons in Arizona! We get here. Our Server is TERRIBLE, extremely rude. We are a 3 top so, the other person we’re with asks about serving liquor (mimosa, etc.) right off the bat he goes “I hope not I don’t want to be dealing with drunks first thing in the morning, I used to bar-tend”. Then walks off forgetting to take the rest of the drink order. I ask for regular sugar, then he proceeds to tell me “oh the unhealthy processed stuff”, looks at my significant other and says “she likes the unhealthy stuff, I’ll have to go check in the back because we don’t keep it up front”. We get our food from the food runner, she is rude as well. I tell her that one of the plates is wrong. I ordered a SALMON EGGS BENEDICT. I get the Florentine, my husband and his buddy get ROAST BEEF HARVARTI. The sandwiches are COLD(BELOW ROOM TEMP.) our server argued about how it’s supposed to be a little cold in the middle. Apparently that’s how these chefs make their food? We had to ask for water 3 times. We get our check, NOTHING is comped and the server clearly knows we’re completely dissatisfied. Never coming back, I will never bring my friends or family here or recommend this restaurant. Literally the WORST customer service I’ve ever had; such an embarrassment for a good chain restaurant. By the way, no one is wearing name tags and our server didn’t even...

I came to this first watch to pass sometime and eat since I was starving. First off, the cashier/host I’m the front wasn’t very warm towards me…Maybe because I came in alone and asked for a booth?? And and neither was the waitress. I was given 1 straw for my iced coffee and tea. I had to ask another waitress for a second straw since the one serving me disappeared. I received my rolled silverware with a speck of food stuck on the fork. Oh! The napkin wrap for my utensils? The only napkin I received! I ordered the chicken pesto quinoa bowl (with no chicken), two fried eggs, cheese grits and an order of toast. The “cracked” fried eggs looked just like the eggs I sent back because they were clearly carton. The grits were greasy and bland even WITH the cheese. My iced coffee has a ratio of 1-2. There was so much ice, I took about 4 sips and there was my $8. Tasty though! I didn’t tip as good as I would since the vibe I received wasn’t warm at all and neither was the FOOD. It was as if my food was made, and it sat in a room temp window for a bit. There were not many tables sat AT ALL and were a few waiters with a food runner. So no excuse for the lukewarm food.

I’d advise to not come here since they’re simply not...

LOVED THIS PLACE! THE FOOD & THE PEOPLE! Wide variety on menu - healthi conscious, gluten free, power jucies, protein bowls plus all your normal (but elevated) breakfast foods! Everything was so fresh and well seasoned! My husband said his juice was the best he's ever had in a restaraunt - tasted like just squeezed! So many choices, I couldn't decided....I could order kid sized of anything! So I tried 2 menu items. Both excellent. I drink a lot of water - each table was given their own bottle of chilled water, each their own crafe of coffee. The syrup was warmed. The granola available to purchase. We had Laura P. as our waitress - sweet friendly accommodating! Shout to Grandma Lane in Huntington WV! We arrived at 9:30ish on a Sunday and got seated right away! By the time we left however, it was very busy - we know why! We were visiting the area and found First Watch the day we were leaving, had we found it earlier, we would have eaten there daily! If back in the area again, First Watch is a must! Thank you to all the staff who made our meal possible & a...

Where to start? I am a mother of a toddler (17months) and sometimes going to a sit down restaurant can be stressful. My daughter wasn't fussy or anything but the waitress immediately asked after taking our orders if I wanted a takeout box for my daughter to play with. She even brought her out a little cup of whipped cream while we waited. She went way above an beyond to make sure we enjoyed our experience. Again, my daughter wasn't even fussy but she just knew how to keep a toddler entertained and we all were able to enjoy a meal with our friends from out of town. Now to the food. That million dollar bacon is a must try! It's perfectly cooked, sweet and spicy. The pancake was perfect and everything came out warm. It is a bit pricy but worth the splurge every now and then. The store was clean, parking is a bit crazy during peak hours. Overall a great visit.

8/27/23 Went out to our local First Watch today and they have all kinds of new Autumn treats. I had the million dollar hash which has the million dollar bacon in it with potatoes, crimini mushrooms and has an arugula salad with goat cheese and Mike's hot honey. He had the barbacoa quesadilla benedict which was amazing as well. I also got a pumpkin pancake which was light fluffy and delicious. To drink I went whdg the new pomegranate pear punch and he had the pomegranate sunrise. Highly recommend going in for the fall treats. It was packed and totally worth going! Always enjoy First Watch no matter what location. The food is great and the staff are friendly and helpful.
